TD Bank Hendersonville Rd, Fletcher

Zero stars is not an option so I have to give one. Went into branch today to ask some questions about an IRA. You would have thought I was asking about the weather on Mars. After waiting 15 minutes I was told that this branch couldn't help me with an IRA. Well guess what else this branch can't help me with? Anything. TD will never help me with anything. This IRA was going to simply be rolled into a checking account and a savings account. But I don't want their help with that either. Across the street, the Credit Union was able to though. Thanks TD. Thanks for nothing.

I try to always give places the benefit of the doubt, but this place has rightfully earns a one star. With how miserable the staff is from the poor management, it provides customers with a poor experience. Thankfully I am banking elsewhere, but if these reviews are seen by any higher ups I implore you that the management at this place is in need of a total overhaul.

Im just gonna SMH. I was thinking about getting an acct here, but sadly the people are not very friendly!!! That changed it ALL for me!! No way!!

I went in there to get a comcheck deposited in my bank, to avoid overages on my account, i told them if they did not know how these worked I would just go to the Hendersonville location since thats my go-to bank. I was just in the fletcher are during that time of day. After sometime waiting around, they couldnt deposit it for odd reasons. Turned out by the time they figured that out the Hendersonville branch closed and I got $35 overage on my account.

Bank offers second chance banking if u don't have good credit. They don't check credit in order to open acct
