Add me to the list of others that never got called back. I called the office on 10/23 and left a voicemail. A couple hours later I received a call back by a female employee that took my information and advised a salesman would be calling me. After six days (10/29), I called back to inquire why I had not been contacted by the salesman. The woman that answered the phone asked for my name and initially told me I wasn't in their system. This was the same woman I had given my name, address, phone and email info to the week before. After a few minutes she finally found my info and informed me that the salesman had called me and left me a voicemail on 10/24, and that he had documented it in the computer system. I informed her I had received no such call or voicemail. She put me on hold and then connected me to the salesman, who told me that he did call me and had left a voicemail. I called him out on this and told him I was looking at my call log and voicemail log at that moment and their was no such call ever made to me. He quickly changed the subject and began asking about the 30'x 30' garage I wanted to build. Admittedly I was done with this company at that moment because lets face it... if you'll lie about a phone call, what else will you lie to me about? I went ahead and answered his questions about my project and he gave me a round estimate of cost for the building I wanted but added that the foundation cost would depend on the slope of my property. Then he uttered the words that were the Coup de Grace.... "I guess I could come out and look at it". You "GUESS" you can? No thanks, I'll find another contractor. Apparently they don't want/need the smaller projects under $100K. UPDATE 11/10/20: You can see the below message (sent 11/3/20) from the owner for me to please contact customer service. I replied back the same day, via email, asking what further information I could provide to them. So far, a week later, nothing but crickets. This company is so bad at communication that even their costumer service office sucks at customer service. I guess it's an auto response to all bad Google reviews, in an effort to look like they care. Very sad.

I'm truly disappointed in the lack of communication. I've been TRYING to get a price since February and here we are August 2nd and nothing. The last response I've gotten was in April talking about how many weeks out it will take to get a price to me. 17 weeks, WEEKS and I have had no response.

Had a quick pleasant conversation, information was sent quickly and im in the planning phase now.

So....trying to build a Barndominium type home/shop combo. Want a quote from Morton. Can't seem to get anyone to contact me. Going to try once more, but close to deciding to "take them off my list" of potential builders. One wonders how they make money? You'd think talking to potential customers would be a big part of that.

0 stars - Same as the other 2 reviews. I called to get a price and delivery for 30` X40` shop. Only a clueless person in the office. Promised to have a salesman call me back..... Never did. I gave them a second chance by calling back a couple of weeks later and was told by the same person that they had just been so busy and someone would call me back in a few days..... No call back. Her tone sounded as if it was an inconvenience to answer the phone....... Done with Morton suppliers.

The salesman stopped by on his way to a vacation. He seemed rushed to get my details. I had to call back a couple of times to actually get my quote. When I finally got it, the quote was 2.5x higher than the highest competitor. I'm not sure if he got my details wrong or if they are just waaayyyy too pricey, but I'm not paying and extra $60k for the same building.

After seeing the reviews I felt compelled to share my own experience. I went to the shop looking to replace tin sheets, have them cut and get screws. The woman at the front desk was very kind and sweet, put me in contact with someone who could help. The two men that helped me were friendly, helpful and really went above and beyond to help me; made sure cuts were right and that I had the appropriate materials in correct sizes. I’m sorry to see that others didn’t have this same experience, but everyone I came across was very helpful and accommodating.

Same review as the previous person. Call up wanting to spend $$$ and the woman on the phone has no clue where the salesmen are or when they will be back. Then she wants to know why we want to come there? What kind of business is this? What do you mean why do I want to come there? To buy a building! Time to look elsewhere.

Had a very pleasant experience with this particular office. Graham in particular was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. Did not end up purchasing at this time but will definitely be seeking his help in the future!

They invite contact, but then don't deliver. I need a steel barn, and have been trying to get a salesperson to call me since 9/30.
