    Absolute worst customer service. I walked in early on 5/27/22 with an issue. I feel as though I was purposely meant to wait super long because they didn't even want to deal with it. The desk person tried to help. Said she was unable. She was polite. But I asked to speak to a manager, the manager and her demeanor was absolutely disgusting! The lack of care was insane. I never felt so disregarded in my entire life. I was robbed. Had my entire purse stolen. Which is the reason I was having an issue at all. To be a victim and then to go in for help, and be turned down in such a manner. I work 7 days a week, all off my direct deposits go into that account. I don't even have money for groceries or to replace the documents they are asking me for. I strongly considered closing my account! And I have been with them for as long as I can remember. TD has always been my bank. By the time I got back to the car I was almost in tears. Then I thought about the pleasant experiences that I have had in other branches in Manhattan. I don't know if it's a location thing, that they think they can just treat people like that. But I will absolutely never return to this branch again! Worst experience ever!

    customer service is HORRIBLE & most of the staff are unprofessional. The parking lot are full with vehicles that aren't bank customers. TD bank doesn't enforce no security in their parking lot. Even the handicap parking space are being occupied by a taxi driver(s).

    This is the worst branch of Td Bank the workers in here are lazy day rude and nasty they don’t help you out they make you wait for no reason at all just complete nasty attitudes from manager all the way down to the teller horrible don’t come here

    This is the worst, TDBANK to even try to withdraw money from .I mean your own money the staff are horrible, thanks to their supervisor that has even a nastier attitude ,the ATM never work only one teller, line are ridiculous and the only worry about opening new accounts, people plz dont waste your time I really feel sorry for the people in that community that have no choice .

    Rude Manager. I checked in for service about 11:41am. About 27 minutes later, I went in to speak to one of the managers. She informed me that that I needed to wait and someone will call me when they are ready. I was expecting a text message, or my phone to ring. Although I had my phone on me, I'd forgotten that the volume was low. I didn't hear the phone ring. The problem? They didn't bother to send me a text message. The only messages I received were that I was 8 on line, then 3 in line, then 11. All this time I'm waiting outside the front door -- in the cold. I politely go name inside to ask about why I was skipped. One of the clerks goes to the manager. The manager tells the clerk loud enough for me to hear that "she called", "they need to pick up their phones". "They all have excuses" (another client also was there to complain that he was skipped). It's now an hour and 20 minutes and I'm STILL WAITING.

    Rude manager , business owners don’t even waste your time opening an account here horrible bank and this branch is definitely the worst ever for small business owners. They don’t want to work very lazy. they are not for the people

    This bank is by far the worst one. Every single person in here are here just because they have to nobody helps and if they do your waiting for 2 or more hours. There is 6 desks and only 2 workers. There is 3 tellers at the window and only 1 is working. Drive up north more and you will be happy. Don't come here

    Walked 20 minutes to be told the card machine is down. The lady didnt offer to assist me with a withdrawal, didn't tell me where the nearest branch with a working card printing machine is, disnt tell me when their machine would be back up; how rude and lazy. It's a debit card, you would think the bank would offer assistance in obtaining your money while their machine is down.

    Nyc is open for the most part. You refuse to open more than one window in the drive up. You call the customer service they say make an appointment. You call the branch no one answers no matter what time it is. Its been over a month of trying to deposit a check that I cannot deposit without a teller. Every single visit in two months has been an extremely frustrating experience. Waited over an hour to still not do anything but waste gas and my time and return late from lunch.

    This branch is discussing. You wait long hours to be called inside the bank. they close seeing people before they are closed 3 hrs before closing they will cover the post number to text the bank to be seen. Then when you go in the customer service with Yvette Freeman sales supervisor was not willing to assist me or keep her word and call me when she said was. She stated that her Regional manager told her not to help me. Then when the Fraud department. Told Ms. Freeman by email what to do to open my account Ms. Freeman went over the fraud dept. And went to her Regional Manager that told her not to help me and she approved Ms. Yvette Freeman to give me my reminder of funds in my account and tell me that they don't want to do business with me anymore. If you make complaints about the branch there will be Retaliation.
