Intense unsure the staff wears a poker face no one greeted me their was no good morning how can I help you It’s holiday season no Merry Christmas the tree n decorations went up on December 22..I felt like I I was on trial it’s like if I don’t like u I’m not pawing your merchandise. Not all the staff was unfriendly the young man n young lady that was seated behind the counter on my left were engaging professional and helpful the man who works to my right in the jewelry store is professional pleasant let me not forget the security guard Spanish 511 very nice man.

What can I say, the staff is great SAM helped me out many times and without a fuss. I like the way they have the shop set up for minimum access during the pandemic. SAM is a great person she knows her stuff and explained everything that was going on to the last detail. When I was leaving 4/3/2021 I saw a canon camera and the young gentleman asked if I was interested in the camera. I asked if it was good for YouTube, and without a second thought he explained the features and set up. We talked about PC gaming and sold me the camera at a great price ( better price than Amazon or Best Buy). Thank you Gem Pawn you guys treat everyone like family.

There's no such low balling and loan fees and repaid schedule is very affordable.While I was there a fellow customer said to me how he purchased a round solitaire diamond engagement ring for $1000 but it appraised for $9000.
