The worst bank ever !!!!! If you have the time to wait come here. Nothing ever works !!! Why have a bank if you can’t access nothing. Do better Bank of America !! The only bank in Fordham that has issues in all locations in the area !!!!!!!

They have 2 mixed lines for no reason and gave their own people priorities. They should have had one line for customer care and the other for Atm instead of having everyone mixed up and picked they preferrable one. I have been a customer of BOF for a long time and today was the first time to have and dealt with bad customer service care . I was waiting for almost an hour on the line, the lady stop at her own heritage spanish customer.

Seems like every time I go to this location its Crowded! There's always a line with ten or more people for ATM. The line to see the teller is even worst, Only two to three windows the most, and they move so slow! You will definitely spend 20 to 30 mins waiting

Worse bank ever! Today is Saturday and I made a 1hr and half line. Just to close an account. They told me that in order to close the account I have to take all my money out and then call the number in the back of my card. When I reach to the teller the lady ask me if I want to close my account and she asked me to swipe my card then she show me the balance on my account and then She give my money. When I left the bank and im calling the bank to close the account and they told me that they can’t close the account because I own 3 cents. I ran back to bank because they close in 15 minutes and the person who received me told me that I have to made the line again because of their error. Worse experience ever!

Derek just directed me to the app, if I want to speak to someone let me speak to a person, don’t send me to the app. If I could have solve my problem in the app I would have originally gone there. Very poor service I am really disappointed. If we should make an appointment that should be announce on we open a bank account. I don’t know I need to make an appointment to speak to a representative. Inform the user so there’s no surprises.

Every time I come it is busy and only has one teller working. The teller tries their best to work the line as fast as possible but it is an impossible feat. More staff should be put to work in the teller line as I see many just floating asking questions and not helping.

The lines are always long and slow due to lack of tellers. I no longer bank with Bank of America because of this lack of service. 1 hour wait time to make a large withdrawal for my local business is unacceptable.

Worst Bank of America location I've ever been to. The wait for a teller is always long. They only ever have 2 people at the windows everytime I go in, and the line is nearing outside. The employees don't seem to feel the need to pick up the pace either. 2 tellers at the windows, but like 3 random people just standing around, saying welcome and asking what customers came in for...really? I usually just end up going to the check cashing place and paying a fee so I can actually meet a teller before an hour goes by. Ridiculous.

If I could give Negative stars I would. The female associates are dressed like they came straight from the hookah lounge into work. The no personality barely understandable, non English speaking male associates make it a horrible experience. Not mention the inability to answer any question. Why doesn’t anyone know anything ? There’s NO Branch manager at all ??? Across the street there’s a chase bank, I’ll take my business there.

horrible service. The women, Sashya, at the font desk is so rude and unprofessional. I have been a BOA customer for almost 20 years. No representative has treated me this way. I called multiple times ahead before my appointment to make sure this bank has the service. NO ONE answers the phone. I can not even leave a message. I went to my appointment and this bank does not have the service I requested. What is the point of making an appointment then? The woman at the front desk, her name is Sashya, is soooo rude. She refused to help me. Just kept telling me this bank does not have the services I requested. I asked for her help to find another bank that does the service. She refused to help me. I had to talk to the manager for her to help me. She should not work there. Horrible. I will never visit this branch again.
