Horrible experience- reported them to Corporate. Gave me issues with a transaction- needed a bank check for mortgage down-payment. Even with 3 official Identification cards they wanted more. Not sure what else I could provide besides a dna swab. Called TD while in line ( drive thru) - who informed the manager they wanted to speak with him. He refused. They ended up calling the bank to tell him to accept the Identification. Never again.

I found the customer service at this banking institution to be Exemplary! Alexis Gonzalez took his time explaining the necessary steps I needed to take in settling my Mom’s estate. He was respectful, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Today I was provided with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give no stars I would. We went to the Hillsborough location over a month ago to close a credit account and we were told it was taken care of. Last week in the mail, we received a statement for the (closed) account saying we owe money. When speaking to the branch manager, he says it’s our responsibility to keep every receipt from them because it’s not their responsibility. We asked what happened to the money we paid when we closed the account and he says “you have no proof that you paid.” I run a business too so I find it hard to believe A BANK does not keep its own records of payments. After lecturing us about the importance of keeping receipts for an account we were told was closed, he finally decided to look for the bank records of our payments. What do you know, he found them. Did not apologize for accusing us of not paying and subtly insinuating his employees could have pocketed our money since we never received a receipt. After everything, we are told we still have this account open we do not want and they will not close it. We need to go to another location or call someone else. Thank you for nothing. This is why we will never bank with TD.

When I used to do deposits with this TD Bank, it was never a fun experience. Some staff were friendly, while some seemed genuinely ticked off but noticeably trying to put a smile on. I'm pretty happy next door at Chase, frankly.

I tried to make a simple withdrawal to transfer into another person's bank account. I have been employed as a TD bank teller also, in my past, so I know how efficient and quickly this can be performed while checking all necessary security components. I literally gave my DL, my password on my account and my SSN and the teller Annie still had to hand back my withdrawal slip for me to perfect my signature. It should be understandable that a signature will be slightly different than the previous and I gave all other identification. I willingly gave her all of my other identification and there was still a delay. While she was also balancing helping another employee. Just a huge delay for a simple transaction, a transaction that I know how to perform as an ex employee myself and should have been much quicker and smoother while still securing my account. This teller lacked efficiency. My time was waisted. Very annoyed from my experience.

The people are friendly, but not very motivated or quick. But I haven't been to any bank recently that was, so it seems to be normal. Was better when they bad the coin counting machine (penny arcade), but even that used to steal money from us.

The manager is rude. All I needed was some change for my elderly father who has an account and he would not let me get it. He is ignorant and doesn't promote and friendly service. I will never bank with them because of this guy. He actually grills everyone. Other customers called him ridiculous.

I am not really happy with the services at TD bank, firstly there is a long wait to meet customer setting. We had to go to the bank thrice to set up an online auto debit mortgage account. Address change, detail change takes you to the branch everytime! There systems were down 3 times we visited and bare in mind to carry your own water. If there is a long wait, they don’t have water in the bank!

Very unprofessional service here. I open the business account here and applied for LOC. It was approved but never showed up in my account. When I inquire after 4 weeks they informed me they need more documents. After submitting the documents, they informed me now your LOC is not approved. Never bother to talk to customer, just told me you will get our denial letter in mail. (which was already approved before).
