Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Amwell Rd, Hillsborough Township

Went to open a new account and the women runs over to slam the door on our face “we’re closed”. So rude and unprofessional, she deserves to be fired to be honest. We get it, you didn’t get a college education for this job and ur old and decrepit but like act professional to customers who keep you having a job. Will never return here get your act together. I will find out her name and write a new review to get her removed.

Just avoid walking into this branch. Everyone must be new. Because if you’ve been there a while and you don’t know that you are doing. Please quit. Walked in to deposit business checks into the same account. Couldn’t even do that. Btw there slow to move

I came in to get my pin changed on a debit card. I would rate my experience as excellent. This place must've been renovated and has a pretty sleek modern interior. I was greeted immediately by Steve V. There were a few people there and I had to wait about 5 minutes, then Steve took care of resetting my pin and answered a few travel related questions I had. Once again, very professional and courteous and I don't have a single complaint only praise. And this is coming from somebody who hates going into branches.

My Husband and I went into this branch to close his accounts and move him over to my account. Tom W. worked with us and made the process very quick and simple. I had difficulty working with banks in the past but Tom made it a wonderful experience. He also help us test the App and the atm to ensure we wouldn’t have any problems when we got home. I will definitely go back to him for any future inquiries.

We came on 04/25/22 with out an appointment to open a business account for my husband and Griseli the Business Manager took us and helped us with everything. She was very patient with us because we had a lot of questions , she explained everything . Amazing service thank you so much . Great service

Can't even make phone appointment within 4 days. Above is old now, but had another experience, if I could give them a 0 I would. Tried to open a , QVT, they jerked me around for over 1 hr on 2 occasions. I went to TD Bank, lady took my info, called me next day, I came in following day all was done, just sign and deposit. I reiterate what I said on last review-Place is a joke

This branch is having a lot of problems and the blame is on the corporate management. I considered a 1 star but I have so much respect and admiration for the 2 tellers that continue to work through all this mismanagement. It's not unusual to see the tellers with a long line an a manager that is unable or unwilling to help service the line. There are other employees on the premises in their offices, many times without any customers! Not sure of the rules regarding cross training, but the current situation is a disaster. Relying too heavy on the ATM.... this branch also recently closed down their drive through teller service. In addition I recently had to deal with the business lending division that was a combination of delays and dishonesty. Very unfortunate. The online banking and friendly tellers are 5 stars. Everything else is a zero.

They are unfriendly and difficult to work with. The tellers are awesome. Most experienced bankers including manager Steve are arrogant and lack professionalism. The greeters at the door are rude and not helping. There is no need to waste salary for greeting clients - Instead put them to work. Bank hours are not convenient as well. Please have Hillsborough center take training from Skillman center. I'm continuing with this bank for its good internet/mobile technology and decent bank charges.

Went in to bank for a simple transaction, which ended up taking 25 minutes !! The service was horrible !!! I entered and you have 3 women standing at "welcome center" chit chatting , asked me what I needed and sent me on the line with about 6 other clients awaiting their transactions with "ONE" teller for all !!!! After about 10 minutes, we are all in disbelief about the service!!!! I get out of the line & approach the woman, one was Vice President, hard to believe, asked her to please send some help, even if they , 3 women, could assist, they had enough time to laugh & smile while we are all awaiting CUSTOMER SERVICE!! She tells me they are not trained for that and that the other girl will be back soon.... Really !!! I can see why your reviews are so very poor..... Did a great job renovating, you should put that into hiring tellers & bringing back CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
