Chase Bank US, Hillsborough Township

I don t know why the score is low, but I really enjoy the experience there. They are professional and very helpful! Great work!

Every time I come to this location they always give me a hard time. Each visit the “policy” changes. No other chase gives me an issue. Hillsborough location needs to take a racial bias education training courses. I live in Hillsborough and would rather drive to the Somerville location then to deal with this branch again 3 strikes you’re out!

Was told that I had to go to another location to withdraw money without an atm card. I have had great experiences with chase in other locations. Unfortunately i will not return to this location.

Fantastic bank! I used to go to TD across the street, but joined here with a promotion they were running. The banker had forgotten to include my checks, so he delivered them TO MY DOOR and dropped them off along with his card in case I had any questions. Hands down, best customer service, I go in to make a few deposits now and then and he always gets up form his desk and greets me when I'm at the teller, and it's been over a year ago! I wish I remember his name but he drives a Subaru, totally best banker in the place.

They have very inexperienced people in this branch who assume people are not residents of US without checking or asking. I felt discriminated here. He made strong effort to make me feel that he thought we were doing something fraudulent. Very rude.

I agree with the reviews of others. This branch has no cash and cannot assist with anything. Basically just an ATM. What's the point of a bank without cash? I've never heard of such a thing. Even when I worked for another bank, the branches like this always had at least one cashbox for the customers.

Apparently, this is a “cashless” location. Was told I could use the ATM. The ATM still has a limit. What’s the point of the building? Why don’t they just put an ATM in an empty parking lot? Looking forward to using the cash at the “groceryless” grocery store and the “gasless” gas station!

Two bad experiences! I am not a Chase account holder, and glad I am not. There is no teller at this branch. Went to deposit cash (less than 200), and another time a check,they do not allow deposits if you are not a Chase account holder, as everything is automated thru the machines. Hate the inconvenience!

Terrible customer service! Don’t go to this branch. No tellers so you can’t do normal banking. They will not except any cash payments for your credit card bill. Don’t go there!

Screw Chase Bank, tried to cash a check from my Mother. They wanted to charge me 6 dollars. What a rip off. It's my mom's account and her money. Plus the staff is very Rude!
