    I was a valid customer here for a long period of time, it was great before but lately they hired some Banagli guys at this branch at the front desk is just horrible. I have no words to describe them and let’s not talk about behaviours. I could write that much about them, that I didn’t even write that many pages to graduate with two BC. They don’t have any manors nor know how to have a good conversation. They just thinks working there is to get pay checks end of the week and job is done. I swear if I could have started this review without giving any stars I would have given none of stars to rate. So disappointed at them. I hope supervisor sees this review and take some action to fix this place and make it better. If they think they will continue with this behaviour than they should move this branch to some GETTO place that they can provide to people, or else they will definitely take an action to fix this culture.

    Their lady officer Sangeeta is quite unprofessional and not so customer friendly and helpful. She kept client waiting while she was chatting with colleague. She doesn't have the helpful attitude and rather asks client to do the task.

    There is a outstanding bank which is this one.I felt like I was going to be ignored the fact that day it was busy there were helping since I enter I thank all the people that work there are paying extremely attention to there customers .They polite staff knows what there doing thank you so much for everyone's effort. Excellent customer service 👏

    I came from this bank today and they seemed to confuse me with a different customer. In doing so, they did not practice discretion (basically shouted my entire full name repeatedly all over the entrance for any customer to hear which is altogether UNPROFESSIONAL in a BANK setting). That confusion led to them almost not honoring my previous curbside pick-up order that I had booked online (thankfully a gentleman w/nametag Destiny sorted that out in the end, and the transaction once I saw him was as quick as it should be). Prior to meeting him however this African American lady teller (or manager?) was attempting to chastise me, and catching an attitude for not picking up a phone call the day before (a call I never received, I have phone logs obviously) while saying my name repeatedly for any customer to hear. I patiently told her she was wrong and they were mixing up my appointment with another customer which when they verified against the last digits of my phone number were different from what they stated confirmed the mixup. I have never been subjected to such awful behavior in a bank. I thnk I may file a Better Business Bureau complaint, and also an HR/internal complaint due to the encounter with that women once I get her name. TD Bank employees, it should be obvious, but in case it is not: you have a fiduciary duty to maintain privacy laws and need to uphold a level of professionalism when dealing with your clientele. This does not ever happen in Bank of America or Chase, what is wrong with you guys? I have in the past dealt with the long lines, and ridiculous wait times but seriously this takes the cake.

    Jodian Her behavior is rubbish.managment should rethink her job . I talked to her regarding my atm forced deposit but she didn't want to listen properly. I think she needs more training.Even she doesn't know how to handle the customer.

    Worse costumer service! They give you attitude when you withdraw your OWN money! They are rude and unprofessional. They talk in their language (Indian) about their costumers right in their faces!

    I’m sitting in the lobby as we speak. Customer service has had the same customers over an hour. The manager just walking around looking at us as if he can’t work. I asked teller what he is doing she said he is the manager. In any field do managers not work? They should be the ultimate worker. I’ll probably end up closing my account I just opened because one things for sure wait time should not be over 30 mins to an hour. You guys need to hire more efficient workers who can move fast. Your tellers are awesome but customer service reps at terrible at time management. They need to switch jobs and maybe things will move faster or better management to delegate.

    I believe the management over there is not up to the standard that a financial institution should maintain. I am a customer with td bank for so many years, but never had such a bad experience at any other branch. Never going to go there again.

    They literally Have homeless people sleeping INSIDE THE BRANCH UNDER THE ATMS. I HAVE ATTACHED PHOTOS AS PROOF. I GO TO THIS BRANCH VERY OFTEN AND FIND IT TO BE THE WORST. HOLLIS BRANCH ON 188TH STREET IS BETTER. ALL THE BRANCHES IN MANHATTAN AND THE BRONX BRANCHES I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS THERE. ONLY THIS BRANCH WITH LONG LINES THAT DO NOT MOVE.

    This is the worst TD branch I've ever been to. The lines are atrocious, the attitude of the staff is horrendous, and they act like they are on a lunch break and you're interrupting their meal or something. What kind of customer service is this

    This bank the atm are always out of order so u r force to use a regular atm now they charge you for this I hate this branch it should be shut down this bank is literally a scam the ATMs are always out so you're forced to go use a regular ATM and a charger for it the attitudes of these people that work there atrocious it's the worst experience I've ever had I wish I would have never bank with TD Bank we are hard-working people at least I am I know that I should not be charged for taking my own money out at the expense of me because of TD Bank if you're ATMs would work when I go in there I wouldn't have to go to a regular ATM and you need to fire everybody in this branch because their attitudes AR not customer service Worthy these people have no people skills in that branch it's bad for business thank you and I wish you can fix this
