I actually had an appointment with a different dealership to look at and test drive a vehicle we were in discussion for for about 2 days, this dealership was expecting me but when I got there it seemed there was just one person working whom I geeted and waited for a response which I never got, I waited for a while as he was dealing with a customer but after they left he still didn't address me but began tending to other customers who came after me so I left. My friend suggested as I was passing to stop in and check out gateway and I'm happy I did I was greeted warmly with a friendly smile, my questions were answered straightforward to the point the folks there were very professional even the fella that went with me for the test drive . I was comfortable with the whole process and the agreed on price and I left happy and content with my experience at Gateway Car Dealer Inc although having not being in communications with them prior to walking onto their lot..thank you guys and gals , I'll be sure to send anyone interested your way
