Today their staff exuded such patience, understanding and professionalism, it made me realize why I've been such a loyal customer all these years! Amazing customer service & very friendly! Kev, Dominique, Willie, & Nina are great! They work with you as best as they can ensuring you the best price possible on your product. I definitely recommend you come here for all your pawn needs. They'll make you feel comfortable and like ur not being ripped off. If i could give more stars i would.

I needed a quick buck for my chain. Was shopping around my jewelry and didn’t like the few prices of the other stores. Found this spot on Jamaica and Sutphin and the lady Dominique was nice and explained everything. As soon as i walked in, i was greeted with a smile. The music playing made it seem less tense and more of a welcoming vibe. I was even offered a bottle of water. (Thank You). It was my first time pawning and the people there made it comfortable. the manager Dominique wasn’t stuck up like most of the shops. It was very clean and the staff were knowledgeable. I would recommend. And wish i could give more stars.

I've been doing business with this location for almost 20yrs. The staff is awesome. Super supportive and they work with you so that you dont lose your merchandise. Other bootleg shops will sell your stuff quick or replace it with look-a-like. These ppl are honest and upstanding, real professionals.
