Horrible experience buying with this company and I would not recommend. I purchased a car January 15, on January 16 the car battery was dead, I took it back because I had to pay for a mechanic to come jump start, on the 21 it happened again and I took it back again long story short I’m still taking the car back. This is bad business and it’s like they don’t care because you already make the purchase with them. The car isn’t aligned, the engine mount had to be changed, the router on the brake has the get changed, the sensor isn’t working. I told them I don’t want this car because it’s a problem and I was told that I can get another car but I would have to pay more. This car cost me 18000 already and the business is bad so y would I want to pay more. Very tragic situation

This dealership is a front only. They sell cars in too bad condition and once they leave the store the technical service is terrible and they treat the customer badly after the car is sold. I don't recommend that dealership it is the worst. Watch out all the reviews are positive but it is fake.

Andres of hillside auto outlet was very helpful with the process of financing the car. He was also able to answer all of my questions and took the time to explain everything.

Came here to look at a 2003 highlander, wasnt allowed to test drive on highway because "not enough salesmen" according to david, if I wanted to use my own credit union I had to pay 500 extra, or I had to use their finance that had a 20% apr... the vehicle was on craigslist for more than a week but was never "serviced" by their mechanics according to David. I checked the obd2 reader the codes were reset . Seems it wasnt serviced but they had enough time to reset the codes as certain test were incomplete. Bring your own obd2 reader. I asked if there was service records , none. Car had a bunch of leaves in the engine bay like it's been sitting there for maybe a month. You wont get a honest deal at least I haven't glad I walked away. The test drive was I was only allowed to drive around 6 blocks and up a hill again no highway my best bet is that they were trying to hide the check engine light that would most likely come on as I drove. Shady business here be sure you have some knowledge on how to check these cars.

I am usually difficult to please but had an Amazing experience with this dealership from start to finish which was a huge step up from the other dealerships I had been to. Russ and Andres took great care of me answering all my questions about the vehicles I was interested in and did not rush me to make a decision! They worked with me to get the best Rate to finance and thoroughly explained all my options. The cars on the lot are clean and well maintained (this was not the case at other dealerships). They take their time to deep clean and sanatize the vehicle before you drive it off the lot which I greatly appreciated especially during covid. Been here a couple of times, the place is truly wack with customer service on phone. The also like to bait buyers knowing they dont have certain cars in there lot as well as selling salvage lemons. Truly a spot I do not recommend to anyone. Ive sent people there and they have told me as well never to send them to a unprofessional dealership. Luckily for me I have connections everywhere to help people who want a good deal for there money and professional service.

I would 100 percent recommend this car dealership without reservation. No hard sales pitch and was put in a vehicle that I absolutely love. They gave me great sound advice when I couldn't decide which SUV to purchase. Andres assisted me every step of the way, however the entire team was very helpful, accommodating, and fun to be around.

Purchased a 2013 Honda Civic here. Andres was really the best in terms of making sure you get what you need and not pressuring anything onto me. When there were issues with the vehicle, it was quickly addressed. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a car.

I made a deposit for a car, and wanted to take the car the same day, in which they said that they didn't had the title, and I didn't had plates. Later on my bf called to see if we can see another car less expensive, and they said that the car we made a deposit for was already sold for someone else. It was ok, and i wanted my deposit back, I had a receipt back then, but after going back and forth about 4-5 times they always had excuses with giving me back my deposit. They said it was ok if i didn't had the receipt bc i had my back account digital receipt. Once i came here in the 4 time they said it was ok if i just called they are going to deposit my money to my bank account. Which was false, they said i have to come back and do they will do it in person. Now i'm waiting 48 to hopefully get my money back. I had to lose so much time and money bc i had to take days off to come here, and not be sure if i will get my money. Really disappointed.

These guys are very honest and easy to work with. I bought a grand cherokee here after getting the run a round from another dealership that i had already left a deposit on a car there. Andres and Russ are very thorough and honest, and good people all around. Throughout the whole process i kept thinking this was going too smooth and was waiting for some sort of catch, but theyve proven to me not all dealerships are a hassle

These guys are scammers they will force you into an over priced vehicle that is no good. They lie and rush you into every. The whole thing is shady.don’t ever send your wife or daughters there they’ll take advantage of them of the strength that they are women. Overall horrible human being. If you don’t my advice make sure you take all the steps to make sure everything is legit because they are definitely scammers! Even to get insurance is a scam! Would not recommend.

Take me awhile actually grab all the information that I need to write this review about this business. Personally the person that sold me my vehicle is a thief he stole $450 from me for insurance broker fee get to find out when I contact the insurance myself they do not charge an insurance broker free Ray Taurus Stole My Money ,plus he input wrong information in the system under my name had me lost my insurance within a month still have not received a registration for my car due to whatever information he put in the system. He sold me originally broken car car that have a lot of problem I return the car the following day change the car out give me a different car come to find out they can't find the keys for the new car now the keys that it creates for this car the sensor light keep coming on that the key is not detected the seat belt light is constantly coming on, even when both passenger have the seat belt on the light still comes on warning seat belt not detected every time I take the car to the service shop they constantly pushing me around not helping me and selling me more lies

Shane was my sales agent. He was able to answer all of my questions. And seem to go out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my vehicle. There was a young lady there not sure what her name was but she did keep my children occupied while I completed the paperwork and I truly appreciate that. Mark was able to do adjustments and teach me how to work my DVD player and my navigation system. All the staff were very friendly. I only suggest that if customers are going to be there longer than an hour they should at least be offered water. The only reason I did not give a five-star is because I paid more for the vehicle then I intended. Make sure that you research the vehicle and read the very small print before you go to any dealer not just this one.

A very big scam. I am absolutely baffled. Found a used car listed on cargurus from here. Called, it was available, scheduled an appointment for 4pm next day. I arrive at the location and watch the car I wanted literally drive away.........I informed one of the employee, they apologized and said it will return in 15 minutes. I wait.....Those 15 minutes go buy and we're told oh so sorry a porter took it to a different location come back in 40minutes.....Ok...no problem. I come back one they call, I deal with a different rep. He has me fill a form, I inform him numerous times I have a preauth via my bank for that specific vehicle. He says ok, as we are financing we have to meet with the "financing person". I am hesitant to put down my social but they insist my credit will not be ran until I see the "financing person". I wait over an hour to see someone. I am sat down with a woman for two minutes, they come in and say oh so sorry we are going to switch over to a different guy. Here is where it gets fun. We go in to see said "financing guy".......he goes to the website shows the listed priced.....scrolls to the bottom where in tiny font listed within a large paragraph it states the actual price is the listed plus 3,500.....LOL. I could write more of how the handled the situation and how the "manager" stumbled on his words trying to justify it. An absolute joke. Listen to the reviews, AVOID AVOID AVOID. And to add to the joke of this place...I am reviewing the listing now on their website, cant even find the $3500 mentioned there.
