Really friendly stuff. Never had an issue. Service could be faster and simpler. This is a good branch

The service here has gone terribly downhill. My husband's card had been locked and they refused to help him unlock it, telling him to call the toll free number instead. The manager said they are short staffed and can't help him. We're short staffed where I work as well, and funny... we don't tell people to figure it out on their own.

My card number was stolen and I had to go into the branch to get a new card, I showed up 9 minutes after closing but who would know because almost every single day this branch has different closing hours. The staff was standing in the middle of the lobby (I thought they were customers so I tried opening the door) and after I tried opening the door the staff started screaming at me saying they were closed, I had responded by saying I thought they were open until 7:00 and they rudely screamed back at me ‘that’s tomorrow!!’ I was in disbelief that they spoke to me in that manner. Very unnecessary and very rude.

I showed up 10 minutes past close today by accident and they were very kind to still let me make a deposit from the drive thru. They even gave my dog a bag of treats. Thank you Keyla and Sagarpreet! You really helped me out and I appreciate it. Even if it was because I had the dog with me ;-)!!!

I do not get the negative reviews.always fast and friendly service at the drive thru.the service inside (no matter what you need)never disappoints....fast, friendly,and efficient.i love the Jackson branch

I don't get these bad reviews. I opened both a personal and a business account at the Jackson branch. The process was quick and easy. They answered my questions and were helpful. Every time I go, I'm helped in a timely fashion. Everyone I've dealt with has been nice and professional.

People who had bad reviews must have been under some influence. They are fantastic over there. Drive thru is great, lobby is great, advisors are great. I don't get the low stars. There are Banks and branches that are dirt garbage. This branch is nowhere near one.

We use the drive-thru quite a bit, and the staff are always fast, friendly, and efficient. The times we've gone in to get more advanced services, have also gone well - we've been attended to by professional and courteous managers. Though TD as a company needs to get better grammar checkers on their advertisements...

Very untrustworthy branch of TD. They neglect to verify credentials and because of this, someone withdrew over $500 from my account in which Jackson TD bank has DENIED TO GIVE BACK. What kind of service is this?? I’m appalled with how careless the staff is regarding my issues and I am now left with no option but to drive almost 2 hours to go to the branch in person and to get law enforcement involved. 6 months later they finally get back to me to tell me they’re going to ignore my case. Unbelievably inconsiderate and careless staff.
