I worked with Keith Sluka and Dionne Jennings when I purchased my home in 2019 and for my refinance this month. Their goal is not to close loans (I mean, this happens too), but to produce educated home owners. You can ask as many questions as you like, they are always eager to inform. I have never met Dionne and have only seen Keith once, but they returned calls and emails as if they were helping a family member close a loan! Basically, closing with Investors won’t feel like a business transaction.

My husband and I worked with Jennifer Alessio to obtain our 1st mortgage as first time home buyers. Jennifer was amazing throughout the whole process and essentially held our hands every step of the way. Her partnership went way beyond a mortgage lender, she helped us navigate every twist and turn with our sellers, real estate agents, attorneys, etc. She kept us sane and confident throughout the whole process. We will be recommending her to anyone and everyone we speak too who is in the market!
