Td banks has great customer service I never had a problem with them I been banking with them few years now one of the best banks I ever delt with the staffs very helpful

Been going there a number of years. Never any issues. Convenient, everyone friendly and helpful.

Went in for a new debit card. There was only one person behind the desks and they were helping a customer. I sat there for 25 min while the 3 people behind the counter did nothing but glance at me occasionally to watch me wait. "Legendary Customer Service"- laughable.

TD Bank is one of the best banks their very convenient and open long hours and on days that you would think they'd be closed like certain holidays!!!

Refused to cash a payroll check. Can't hold payroll checks. Horrible customer service. Closing my account out soon.

Find a bank that won’t hold your checks for a week at a time for no reason at all after being a loyal customer for years. Some of us put money in the bank to have access to it. 👍🏻

Waited over 30 minutes to try and get a notary and still no one available. I finally walk out. This is not the first time I experience this at this branch. Howell NJ branch is the worst of all the TD Bank i regularly bank at.
