after I goofed up on a wire transfer today on the 18th of April .. tax day. I stopped into this branch to make a last minute transfer to correct my mistake. I have never been into this branch before and had the pleasure of having Brandon help me. He was able to complete the transaction with competence and quickness to correct my error. The manager at the time checked the transaction and all was done. (Did not get her name.) thank you again and job well done

I was not informed that a mobile deposit takes longer to process with new accounts. I was told 1-2 business days, now after paying my bills expecting my money to be on my account, I had to make a phone call to the bank with a small amount of money in my account, now I can't get my medication because I have to wait for my money, and having to keep my signed check on me makes me feel uncomfortable being that it would be extremely easy for someone to steal. I have been holding off on getting a bank account for years for this exact reason, now if I do use what little money I have in my account for my necessities my account will be changed for not having a certain amount of money in it. I have not had a problem saving money until I opened a bank account, seems a bit counterproductive to me.

Always extremely friendly and helpful. My identity was stolen and used in a spa in Torino, Italy. TD helped me get it resolved very quickly and calmed my fears. I have been with TD since it's inception many years ago. You cannot beat the hours and service.

Not happy with this bank. There are limits on mobile deposits and they hold money back for far too long. Also find it weird that the tellers have a more difficult time depositong cash over checks. This is my child’s firat bank account at 16 and I am advising her to switch banks. Def not “most convenient bank”. It took them about 45 minutes to figure out that she was ineligible to use Zelle because she has student checking and you have to be 18.

I don't even know where to begin....i misplaced my credit card and was gonna get a replacement and this woman had helped me so she asked me for my social and I said "oh I have it written down in my wallet" she said oh I can just look it up through the system okay fine no problem. While she's looking it up she said "you should never keep your social in your wallet! So then I started to say "I'm 24 you think I would be good and know this adult stuff" jokingly speaking....hoping she would just laugh it off but before I could finish I said u think I would remember ....FIRST OF ALL WHY IS IT ANY OF YOUR BUISNESS (NO PUN INTENDED) WHAT I DO WITH MY SOCIAL AND SECONDLY WHAT I DO WITH MY LIFE IS ALSO NONE OF THEIR BUISNESS AND so after that she goes "YOU SHOULD!!!" And then another woman came over I guess to help close up and then the 1st woman repeated back to her "right?" You should never keep your social in your wallet! And I stood up for myself and said listen all i do is work and home that's it I don't have friends I dont go out....so then it doesn't end there she's trying to get me to do online banking and I'm old school so I prefer to go in...probably not returning...after I get my debit card....

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in a bank. They put through a fraudulent check that was clearly forged. Now I have to jump through hoops to verify every transaction, wait on hold for hours just to get cut off and have to call back multiple times for hours.

In my experience the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Had to speak to 4 different people to fix and issue with an account Ive had with this specific branch for well over 18 years. 3 of those people assured me I would get a callback or contact within 40 minutes, Samantha Selody, the first person my wife spoke to assured me we would be contacted, we waited for 5 days for her to call us back and make an appointment, to this day, 6 days after the fact, not even an email or phone call. Today we went to the branch and spoke to 3 different people, all of them giving us different / conflicting information and that we would be getting a call back in around 1 hour, which never happened. The third and last person we spoke to decided to without our consent close our account and not even bother telling us about it until we decided to go to the branch after getting no callback, she got us the new account and we needed the online banking unlocked as well so we wouldn't have to deal with them and she told us it would take 40 minutes and she would call us to let us know. Want to guess what didn't happen after 40 minutes? She never called, we gave her two phone numbers and offered a third one to make sure she didn't "forget" to do her job, still never bothered to give us a call. I don't know what happened in this branch, never, on the 18 years we've owned this account have we had this much trouble in this bank with this branch.

I went through a pre-qual process for a mortgage here and had a poor experience with the level of knowledge and professionalism at this branch.Denny, the loan officer who helped me (both times) is not very well versed on the processes of applying for a loan and both times screwed up the process for me. The first time, he led me through the pre-qual process, pulling my credit score, only to find out later that I couldn't buy a home until after my tax return was filed 7 months later since I was self-employed, essentially going through the process for nothing. The second time, I went in to get an extension on my pre-qual letter (after changing jobs), which took almost 2 hours, and a week later I got a letter in the mail reporting my credit score from TD bank. Not knowing why I was receiving the letter, I showed him and he said I had to go through the whole pre-qual process again, but hadn't bothered to tell me that's what I was doing while I was there, and never asked permission nor mentioned that my credit score would need to be pulled again. Instead, he stood there are argued with me, saying I should have known that and started lying about how he had explained everything to me. This is the only TD bank in Clinton, you would think you would get a better representation. I found out from calling the TD corp that you can get a pre-qual letter without a credit pull, and that this is common knowledge for loan officers. I can understand the first event happening and having a new officer not be aware, since it's not that common in this area. But to be so knowledgeable about the rest and then not to have the decency or professionalism to even say what you're doing while you're working with someone is unacceptable. This affects people's credit scores, this needs to be handled with a little more discretion. I also have to say that both times I was there it took 2 hours or more, in addition to a 20 minute wait time. I did speak with the corporate TD bank about this and had a very positive customer support interaction, so it's not the TD bank overall. I was also able to get a pre-qual letter from TD over the phone in about 5 minutes. I would recommend going that route, over the phone, when you can.

Haven’t waited for less than 10 minutes at this branch in months. Worst part is the staff just let’s people wait around with absolutely no organization or direction as they seem to aimlessly walk past and not acknowledge you’ve been waiting for 15 minutes. I leave this place angry 9/10 times I have to stop here. Simply terrible!!!
