TD Bank NY, Hauppauge

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Every time i use this branch, they have issues. When i use St. James or Nesconset branches, magically they can do everything these people are to incompetent to do. I called ahead to get a transaction report printed for a savings account. I was assured on the phone it would be ready when i got there. So when i arrived on my lunch break, after several minutes the teller says that they are not able to print what i needed. Funny, considering i had a transaction report printed 2 weeks prior by a different teller and no issue. The customer service at this branch if awful and extremely inconsistent. They are the reason i will switch out of TD as the aggravation is not worth giving them another shot. They should take note as to why they have 3 stars or less.

If I could rate this establishment negative stars I would, I called and the phone rang for a few minutes, no answer. Then I called again, no answer. Then I called again, after 2-3 minutes somebody answered and I said “I have a question regarding my account”, they said “I’m going to put you on hold we are very busy.” I waited about 5 minutes, then it started ringing again for only another employee to say the same thing. I had a question regarding a $3.00 ATM fee that could have been easily answered or fixed. Then I decided to go to my local TD Bank in Hauppauge, NY at exactly 5:30PM and the lobby was closed but employees still inside, and they were not busy whatsoever. The hours on the door clearly indicate that they were open until 6:00PM. I waited at the door, they told me to go to the window even thought they close at 6:00PM. I went to the window only to wait 15 minutes to withdraw all the money out of my accounts. I was told I cannot close my accounts from the window and that I would have to come in during their regular hours, by this time it was about 5:50PM and I said “I was here, at 5:30, with only a simple question.” I was told to come back another time. They should really make their hours until 5:30PM because apparently that is when they really close. Terrible customer service, will never bank with TD again and will make sure friends and family do not make the same mistake I did, thank you Jose for all your great help! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Most rude bank ever. Td bank hauppauge will never get my business. Manager very rude and short. Tellers are always short staffed. They never have a clue about any deposits when checks clear. Never give any help

This bank is a frigging joke, and nothing but GREED!!! Charging a non customer a $7.00 fee to cash a check from a customer that does have an account here. Greed and discrimination against that don't have an account!!! TD bank should be ashamed of themselves!!

Awful service on Saturday teller was chatting with his friend for 5 minutes about something personal And when i say something about it took an actitud the problem start the atm inside does not work this is the best way to do anything in this branch Please use somewhere else Hopefully they learn the customer reviews means a lot about you bank

Worst Bank on Long Island I have over 30k in my account and I was trying to get a managers check for a down payment for a house and they wanted to change me $8! I kindly asked if they could waive the fee as a courtesy and the Teller and and Personal banker all refused to waive the $8 fee for a long time customer. This is the worst experience in a TD branch. I have been banking with TD for over 7 years and this is the thanks they show there customers.

This bank showed me the up most respected. The representative was very business and professional. She took her time explaining everything to me. I open up a checking & savings account. I didn't have the 300.00 min for the saving, but the representative let me know that I still could have saving acct. With just 25.00 every month. Going towards the savings account once it above $300.00 I could use it. Which I thought was great. And to top it off,this bank offers emergency advance on you checking, so say if there is a bill you need to pay.even thou you don't have the funds in checking account, you can withdraw the money off of you debit card from any Atm machine, but you will have to pay it back. But that was just awesome. A bank that cares.

Most rude branch ever! Used to be much nicer and more helpful! New staff is unprofisional especially mindy!! She simply refuses to do what she is paid for!! Never stepping a foot there again!

The teller wanted to be at home at 445 when it closed at 5 she was a space cadet but the bank is alright I guess

Everyone at this branch has been friendly and helpful. I've always had good experiences when using this branch.
