We just refinanced our home with Lighthouse mortgage and Jeff made the process simple and quick from the very beginning. He answered all questions via email or phone in a timely manner, he actually looked for the best offer for us and was transparent through the entire process. Jeff is the best! We just refinanced through Lighthouse and Jeff helped us and also taught us a few things about mortgages. I know Jeff for some, who initially was referred to me by a good friend of mine. It is difficult to find a reliable and honest mortgage broker as my past experience reveal. I find Jeff is sincere, reliable, and very knowledgeable about the the mortgage loans and its approval process. I was quite impressed with his efficiency, responsiveness, and expertise. I did my refinancing with him, and the loan was approved within 3 days, compared to crazy experience I had with JP Morgan Chase for this loan. He will review your profile and accurately advice you about the prospect of your loan approval. His lenders are typically easy going compared to name brand lenders and you can get good rate as well. It was pleasure to work with him, I highly recommend him, and wish his best in his business.
