I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to let you know about my experience. Kevin Bailie did a reverse mortgage for me, and from start to finish it was everything he said it would be. Kevin explained and handled everything from day one. He was professional, honest, pleasant, caring and hands on. It was nice to find someone I could trust. Kevin is the real deal!

All Island Mortgage is the best most professional company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Frank was very good and made me feel like one of the family. He answered all my questions and step by step he kept me updated. He was the best person in the financial world that I have ever had worked with and went over and above in my reverse mortgage. My experience with All Island Mortgage & Funding Corp was a great one! I was placed with them through my wedding venue and was contacted by Lisa James. She was very informative and pleasant to work with. She was always so helpful when I had any questions about the menu, the cake cutting, etc. I was overall very pleased with how the menu selections were executed on the day of the wedding! The chicken dish was delicious and not at all dry. I don't eat red meat but I heard from guests that the tri tip was superb!Thanks for serving us and our guests such a delicious meal!

Honest and knowledgeable.... Nick is the smartest mortgage broker around, and Bob is the best there is at reverse mortgages. Call them, you won't regret it!
