0 stars. Rude and incompetent. All fees charged are suspect as they would not provide me with any kind of adequate explanation or with any paperwork as to how they overcharged me almost $800. Sent me an unsigned letter dated in January but postmarked in March - found the person who did that in their office, Brenda Hamp, who refused to discuss how they arrived at the overpayment figure or why she kept a check on her desk for more than a month, and then she just hung up on me because there obviously was no explanation.

My son worked for this business for one week. He called his supervisor Mary to tell her he had a fever and could not come to work on 12/30/20. He was scheduled for a COVID test on 12/31/2020. She called him and fired him stating he did not comply with COVID regulations and put her employees at risk Basically my son was fired because of the possibility of having COVID!!!!. Not a good company to work for !!!!!

As a tittle company they should take responsibility when they make a mistake instead of saying “oh I see now let’s try and get the money back” not my problem! You made the mistake now pay me my money and figure out how to get “YOUR” money back!

Avoid this company. No responsive and you get a runaround. Find someone else.

Quite possibly the most incompetent people doing this job. Their inability to perform a simple calculation has delayed my refinance and cost me money. They are rude on the phone and wholly unhelpful. I regret using them.

Really difficult communications. Anonymous phone tree, reluctantly helpful reps. I do not recommend Equity Settlement Services as an agent in your loan.

The best title company, they take their work very seriously. They also very investor friendly, they know what needs to be done with creative real estate investment deals.
