TD Bank US, Port Richey

Staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They made it so smooth dealing with Canadian funds. Highly recommend.

Did not clearly mark closures, lobby, signage for hidden drive thru, etc during covid crisis. Did not change phone service or site to help customers. Protected themselves by closing & locking themselves in lobby but did ZERO to protect or help customers. While locked in they didnt answer phones & let drive thru pile up with extremely long waits & few workers. Fyi customers--- this bank couldnt care less about you. In an emergency they barricade inside & leave you to die outside.

These people are so nice and accommodating, it was really pleasant just coming in to make a deposit 😊 it’s nice to see some smiling faces a lot of these bad reviews are just bitter old people lol

I just opened five different accounts at the Port Richey TD Bank store. Frank and all of the employees are so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Great experience and ongoing great service!!

This bank branch is understaffed. Especially first thing in the morning. I can do 98% of my business banking on line but you have to show up in person to wire money. There was a 40 minute wait today because the 2 people in front of me were unable to figure out on line banking from home. They need a high school kid here to deal with their computer challenged clients. FYI: the bank personal have to call the same consumer line as the clients & wait just like you would at home. Dumb.. their catch line is "The most convenient bank" I think not

I went to the drive thru to make a cash deposit. The teller came back after a minute saying I had miscounted by $20. Did I want to change the deposit slip or take back the excess $20? How nice to encounter an honest person. She could have pocketed that $20 & no one would have been the wiser. Her name is Daisy. Kudos to Daisy.

Hrs not to good. td in RI has longer hrs open. But the tellers are very nice. The only thing they wouldn't print me a few checks. So i was charged to have 8$ for one. I was not sure why when the td in clearwater printed 3 for me 8 months ago to purchase my home and such. But this bank mng said no and they will just be sent back to bank there no good. That makes no sense really?

What 20 minutes the 25 minutes to go put money into a bank account for my daughter who desperately need it some money and could not do it because this bank's computers were down not a happy camper
