TD Bank Boston Post Rd, Milford

Americas most inconvenient bank 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Rude, unprofessional, & UNHELPFUL. Came here to cash a TD check and it always takes forever & there’s always some issue. On top of that, have to deal with their negative attitudes. Go to Wells Fargo instead. Update: took a total of ONE HOUR for them to cash one of their one checks!!!!!!!!

Unlike all the bad reviewers I’ve got nothing bad to say about this location or employees. Everyone is always eager to help and I’m never there for longer than I need to be. Everyone knows me by name and I’m always taken care of quickly.

From out of state and opened a checking account with them since my bank does not exist in CT. I ask the man how long does it take a my check to clear he said it will be available on Tuesday.. This was Saturday, well my money hit my account then they pulled it back out on a hold until Friday. That’s food, that’s gas that’s bills. Ridiculous be upfront and not lie just to get clients!! 😡

Awful. Never enough tellers and the ones who are there don't seem very competent.

I spend an hour in the drive thru every time. This bank is understaffed, lacks order and urgency. They don’t care if you have other places to be or are dying of heat in your car. A simple task like grabbing change takes them 15 minutes after you’ve waited in line for however long. I understand the times given covid, but people’s bank could never.

WORST TD BANK I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND INCOMPETENTE. I HAVE AN ACCOUNT HERE AND THEY WOULDN'T ACCEPT MY MILITARY ID AS A VALID IDENTIFICATION... I HAVE BEEN USING THIS ID TO CASH CHECKS (UNTIL I GET REPLACEMENT DRIVERS LICENSE) AT SEVERAL OTHER BANKS I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH AND HASN'T BEEN AN ISSUE.TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE WAITED IN LINE FOR OVER FIFTEEN MINUTES WHILE TWO TELLERS WORKED A THIRD WAS ACTING AS A GREETER AND A HANDFUL OF OTHERS STANDING AROUND STARING OFF INTO SPACE . I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN.

Went to cash a check and asked multiple times if I would have my money the next day, was told I would. That was not true, called customer service, they could not help. I got a "oh we are real sorry" and that's it. Don't open an account with TD if you want accurate information and your money.

There are many banking options in Milford CT. I would highly recommend you choose a different bank than TD if you live in the area. I've found Chase bank to be much better option This location has terribly long waits for simple requests that could be taken care of in 10 minutes or less at any functioning bank in the US.

Awful policies. Don't bank there but went to cash a check that was given to me and they wanted $10 on $121 check. That's basically theft in my book. Big corporate banks are going the way of the dinosaur because of policies like this. do not recommend at all people should stay away
