Sikorsky Credit Union Turnpike Sq, Milford

Why is there no one managing the drive up window? This is ridiculous. The past few times, Ive been here I've had to wait. I've rang the bell, still no one shows up. Plus, there's a long line behind me. Do better!!

Went to open a savings account for my kids. I arrived at 11:20am and was turned away , unable to open the accounts because they close at noon. I to made to feel like my needs were an inconvenience to them. The bank was practically empty except for 2 other customers sitting with the FSR’s. I also stood in line without being acknowledged before being asked what I needed. I use to work as a supervisor at a bank and I’m not thrilled.

12 years with Sikorsky, but as of today all accounts closed… Sikorsky rips people off! Profits off the poor! Honestly you’re better off with ANY other bank!

This is the worst bank to call and try to get help with ur account I’ve been trying for three days and have gotten no where. Great bank u guy got here

I've been with Sikorsky Credit Union for about 20 years or so. They are great for all banking needs, and have incredible rates for auto loans and etc. I've used direct deposit for years and never once an issue. Great hours and I like the drive - thru and atm options at the Milford Branch. I frequent the Milford Branch most often, and the customer service is always great. Professional, clean, friendly and helpful and trustworthy. Shelton and Stratford have also been frequented regularly especially when I first opened my accounts as a late teen. They have been good to me ever since. I have been to the Danbury branch as well and again, overall great experiences. All clean, Professional, and helpful. I. highly recommend them for any loans needed, and checking and Savings accounts. One of my savings accounts has a pretty good interest rate just from keeping money there and using that account. Overall very happy using this bank. I only wish they would expand and have some other branches throughout CT. There are some areas of CT that would be convenient to have more Sikorsky Credits Unions. One in Branford, or New Haven area would be wonderful! Highly recommend!

Been with SCU for over 25 years. I do most of my banking online. Would strongly recommend to anyone to check them out. Also go through SCU for car loans. so easy to make payments and check balances.

It's very rare that I go into Sikorsky during business hours, but I've never had an issue inside the branch. However my biggest issue is the drive up ATM. I rely on this heavily and 8 times out of 10 it is inoperable. Usually it's the deposit function that isn't working and it's a huge inconvenience.

This is a great place to do business, much better than regular banks...
