Can't say enough about this pawn shop. Very friendly customer service and knowledgeable staff. When I go in there I feel welcome and feel I will be treated fairly with the best prices available. I have taken items to multiple places, many times and Milford Pawn has always given me the best price. I will not go anywhere else.

I came here to try and find a new laptop for my personal use and I had a outstanding experience! The staff is very friendly and coherent of what they have in their inventory. I found the perfect laptop I was looking for and the selection was great. I also might add that it is a extra bonus when a pawn shop takes the time to fully restore/format a laptop to its original condition

Milford Pawn had a good selection of stuff, dropped a price when shown a lower one elsewhere and was, as advertised, "a nice pawn shop".

Horrible service, kid working there was completely disrespectful, and like most pawnshops they try and rip you off with anything you bring through their doors, avoid at all costs unless management changed, but the way the kid treated me and his attitude was unbelievable, granted this was 5 years ago, but I doubt much has changed, many better options out there. Rip off city in this place..

I have had the pleasure of being a repeat customer because of the way I was treated from the get go. I was scared when I walked in the door because I didn't know what to expect. I also had a lot of items I had to part with so feeling a bit "stressed" was an understatement. But from the moment they all greeted me...that stress left me and we began to share stories. So I entered the store as a stranger but left that store as a friend. They are more than fair and always explain the process. I HIGHLY recommend giving these guys a shot if you are in need of some cash but want your merchandise back. Even when you are ready to part with your stuff and just need cash...these guys will give you the absolute best quote around. The worst that can happen is you refuse their offer but bartering is also worth a try. For me, I was acknowledged from the minute I walked through the front door plus respected all through this process. Thank you for all you do to complete a transaction in a friendly, caring manner.
