Went to get my license renewed the staff there was very rude. She just could not politely tell me why she could not renew my license. I had called them with all my details before my appointment, during that time they said it could be done. If google had given an option to give half star would have gone with that.

Well today I used a ATM only got 40 instead of the 60 I asked for so make my story short nutmeg servive help had made it very easy and such a great help made my day wya better thank u NUTMEG really appreciate it

Love it... I came in to renew my driver's license and expected to be there for an hour or so. I was completely finished within 20 minutes. The emplyees are very knowledgeable and efficient and friendly. This place is awesome compared to CTDMV. I'm spreading this wonderful experience with everyone I know that they have an option when it time to renew or make changes with the DMV.

The staff here are great quick and convenient...best place to get your DMV stuff done also a great credit union.

Beautiful facility, super friendly staff, and as a member of Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union, I must say, their products, mobile app and services are top notch. You even get foreign ATM fees reimbursed! I wholeheartedly recommend banking here. We now offer this Credit Union at work as an additional employee benefit.

Incredible staff and environment. They helped me out even though I failed at making an appointment online. Entire staff was accommodating while being clear and concise about what I needed to do to have a successful appointment. They rule!

I went here for a verification license and name change. Both staff members behind the desk were texting and looking down at their phones, the clerk that was even handling my paper work was texting on his phone and rudely giving me the wrong directions to fill out forms because he wasn’t paying attention. These are the people processing your government licenses probably taking pictures of your information while there sitting back behind there desks. Honestly I’m nervous my identity is going to be stolen from this place, it’s not worth it go to the dmv it’s safer even though it’s a longer wait

I used the DMV express there to renew my drivers license. Even though my appointment couldn’t be honored due to a technical issue with the check-in kiosk, I only spent about 20 minutes there in total. Customer service was awesome. Will definitely go back.

Everyone was really great and fast in there I just wish I didn't have to pay $8 to renew my license but I will definitely go back again. Just imagine if DMV was run by nice people that wanted to actually speed your visit along.

The staff showed patience consistently and were very knowledgeable about the services being offered. They worked as a team. Reminder: At the DMV office and /or satellite offices, driver's license (Renewals) are mailed to you. A temporary paper license is issued at svc. An extra fee is applied at the satellite office.
