TD Bank NH, Amherst

I love this TD bank branch! Dawn Condra and her entire staff are amazing, caring, professional. I see them treat everyone w interest and respect. Thankyou for everything!

I have had nothing but troubles since I opened up my new checking and savings account online. They froze my account and sent to fraud protection because I opened it up online and they needed me to go to a branch and sign a form. (So what is the point of letting people open accounts online). Now they are getting their signals crossed on whether or not they have been fixed. I'm being told by one that they should be ok now and should expect the money transfer to work, but it doesn't and gets rejected back. Then they tell me that I should just try again because they tried to transfer the money before they unfroze. So I try again, and online banking will not let me and says that for security reasons I am not allowed and I should call support. I have signed up online, been frozen out of my accounts, had to go to branch, had transfers rejected, talked to support multiple times, called branch back and been told more than a couple of times it should be ok now. NOT!!

This rating reflects not the branch but TD bank in general. Thus far whenever I have had problems their customer service department has been consistent in providing incorrect information and turfing the problem to the other party. The services offered are skeletal and not what I have come to expect from a good bank. At the first opportunity i will be taking my business elsewhere.

The bank branch has given me a lot of service. The location is near to my home, the staff is skilled and all of them welcome with a smile as I if am a VIP. Everytime I ask for any assistance they are not tired of telling me the information although it may be repeated many times. The branch & its staff are very coperative and I feel as if I am at home. I am proud of the service that I get and can proudly say TD is my home it is my bank. The 7 days working has made this bank more attractive as I do not have to think which day is this wheather I should go or not. I simply drive to the bank & I get as desired. Thanks for your marvellous dealing. Thanks TD bank.

This branch is A#1!!!!! I almost closed this account and one of the tellers talked me into staying and I am so happy that I did!!! Every person at this branch knows me by name and treats me like I am a big part of the TD Family! Thank you! I am humbled by your service & caring.

I fell in love with TD Bank when I lived up North because of the late hours and they are located all over the Northeast. I work tradeshows so it was very convenient for me and the service was great. They even let you bring your dogs in the store. I still have an account with them although they don't have a bank in Georgia yet. It's still convenient when I'm traveling.

Had an issue with my account. Nicole the Teller at this branch was very courteous and helpful, made me happy about banking here. Alyssa has helped me before and was awesome. Great staff at this branch
