Soooo I bought my first car in New Hampshire at Bradleys Auto Finance. I purchased a used 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited and it as been great so far. The staff over at Bradleys Auto Finance have been very helpful in assisting me with any questions that I might have had. They also make it super easy to make your payments and affordable. I am a repeat customer of Bradley motors and highly recommend them. The whole staff are always professional and great to deal with. Josh in the service area is the best and is always honest and trustworthy. They will finance repairs at a discounted labor rate for customers, to make sure that your vehicle stays on the road. They work with people with all different levels of credit. They even allow you to trade in and upgrade early after a certain amount of the loan is paid off.

I have been a customer for years and have been as pleased today as I was 5 years ago . Bradley's has never disappointed me and I highly recommend them to anyone who values honesty in a "car sales man". I am a single mom who needed a little help since my car was dying on me . I went into Bradley motors an absolute mess. Everyone there was extremely nice and helped me find my new car and I love it. Their sales guys aren't pushy, they have helped me build my credit, whenever a problem has arised with the cars they help get it fixed and break down the cost of repairs and add it to your monthly payment. I have had a few cars from you guys, and my dad and all my siblings have gotten a car from you guys throughout the years (even my ex husband). We have all been treated well, and fairly. I wouldn't buy a vehicle here if it were the last place on earth. I bought a 2011 Jeep Liberty. Bradley's did a state inspection before I pulled off the lot and passed it. Not even 24 hours later, the metal in my tire burst a hole because the axle (or something) was broken and had been long enough to grind its way through the metal. Thankfully I wasn't on the highway so I didn't get into an accident or hurt anyone else. I made them come tow (which was a problem with them) as i didn't feel comfortable driving it. WHO WOULD?! They fix the issue, I get my car back and its settled. Well the day after, I hear some sketchy noises. And after the failed inspection and popped tire who would want to risk a 45 min drive home on the highway? I called them up and asked for it to get towed and had to pretty much argue for this. Which is a disappointment in itself. PLEASE save yourself the trouble and go to Merchants Auto or anywhere else for a buy here pay here. At least Merchants backs their vehicles, and doesn't seem to sell lemons right off the bat.

We were helped along the process immediately. I have yet to start building my credit and was approved for a 2008 Buick Lucerne within just a few minutes. Very professional and helpful with any questions or concerns we had regarding the purchase and financing, these people genuinely value customer service and helping people into cars without any gimmicks or shady business. Great people, great place to look if you’re in a tough spot with your credit.

I can't say enough about Bradley Auto Finance! The sales and service is amazing. Kristen and Amanda were both such a pleasure to work with. Kristen was so good and helpful even while doing all the dealing via email, text and phone calls. We rolled into the dealership and the car was all ready to go, including the paperwork. My fiance and I were in a jam, Bradley motors was the only place that would finance us and we were ever so grateful. This was a year and a half ago. Just recently we needed some work done on our older vehicle, we ended up trading it in somewhere else and had a very different experience with the unnamed. Place. We turned around less than a week later and tried to get car inspected that we got through Bradley motors. I just want to share my experience. I been buying my cars for years at Bradley's the staff is awesome. They are always there help me choose the best options in a car and they always work with me if I need repairs down the line never anything serious wear and tear things. This place was one of the best dealerships I've been too. They welcomed me and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my vehicle before I drove off the lot. They're also understanding, humble and considerate when it comes to payments.. they'll WORK with you. You don't find that often. The first car I purchased from this dealer was back in 1994. I paid $2800.00 for it and two years later traded it in and received $2000.00 trade in value for it. Because they treated me so good the first time, I recently went back when my husband was looking for a vehicle. He found one that he really liked, the price was really good, and we bought it. We did have a problem with it, and it took a couple of trips for the mechanic to figure out what the problem was, but when it was found, they fixed it and let us know how sorry they were about the inconvenience. And, they were so sincere, Joe was willing to go over the bills we had and refund us some of the money. Because of the way we were treated, we gave my daughter the down payment for a car of her own. I was a little upset at first because of the issue with fixing my husbands truck, but then I remembered some of my experiences at the service dept of dealerships where we had purchased brand new cars. I feel I was treated better at Bradley's than at the service dept at Chevy or Ford. We also took both of the vehicles we purchased to our private mechanic to make sure we were buying sound vehicles. He could find no issues with them. A used vehicle can be an iffy purchase, but I feel that you can be assured you are getting a quality vehicle if you purchase from Bradley. They really care about their customers.

Second car I’ve bought of from Bradley Motors, and again I’m not disappointed in my purchase. (03 Impala and now a 05 F-150)Their exceptional team went through the truck before I could take it home and made sure everything was safe-reliable and I love it. Joe was so helpful even on his vacation answering my (many) emails and Amanda was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole purchase. I purchased a 2005 Chevy Impala from Bradley Motors & it has been a great, solid car for me. The payments were very affordable & I was able to do payments by debit from my bank account. I paid it off 2 years ago & the car is still going strong. I will go back when I need another car, they are very good people & I feel they are very honest. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car.
