The master technician in the concord is awesome an electrical genius. Also they went above and beyond to find me a new carnival van that I was in the hunt for then gave me a more then a fair trade on my soul

Referred a friend he bought a 65,000ram but the dealership would not honor refural program just gave me the runaround unfortunately they just lost a good customer over a hundred dollars ☹

To many phone call turn me off sometime 3 to 4 aday

I found the General Manager Curtis VanEpps to be condescending and his ride in his deportment and demeanor. Repeatedly mentioned how expensive a Kia Telluride is as if he believed I was unable to afford such a vehicle and they don’t offer test rides. I wouldn’t give this place my business. I was actually looking for my daughter who is obsessed with them. I am the CEO of my own company and if any of my staff for managers dismissed or treated a customer in the way he did they would be terminated. I felt he was also dismissive due to my race. Just poor service. Stay away!

The most horrible Dealership we have ever dealt with. Used Vehicle, they never inspected the vehicle before we bought it. Hinge on back door was defective, was told car would be detailed, also needed new windshield wipers, promised would be fixed before we picked up vehicle, none was completed. Purchased car on 5/22/21 no Registration for 2 months, Title issues we were told, every week we were emailed a new Purchase and sales in case we got pulled over. Finally received Registration on 7/23/21. Car has been back 5 times just for Brake issues, replaced brakes 4 times, and still squeaked horribly, brought back for a 5th time, replaced caliper in front and after a week the back is squeaking now. 5/25/21- picked up vehicle, car not detailed, dirty, theyhad to clean it twice while we waited. 6/28/21- Had to bring back again, water leaking under dash, reason: AC drain plugged with debris: Disconnected drain hose from HVAC housing and cleared with pressurized air. Verified draining properly. 5/27/21- brought back for wipers (which was already supposed to be done before we picked up the car initially) 6/3/21- Car back in to fix hinge on back door. (which was already supposed to be done before we picked up the car initially) 6/28/21- (1st brake visit) Steering wheel shaking while braking: Reason: Front and rear brakes have major rust build up brake friction surface causing pulsation. wanted to charge us $1300.00 to replace all brakes, we just bought the car 1 month before...again proof they never inspected the brakes. Brakes were replaced at no cost. in addition same day, water leaking under dash, reason: AC drain plugged with debris: Disconnected drain hose from HVAC housing and cleared with pressurized air. Verified draining properly- no charge 7/14/21- (Brakes squeaking again) 7/19/21-(2nd brake visit) Found excessive corrosion on front & rear brake rotors. Installed Rotor: Brakes. 8/6/21- Brakes squeaking again. Couldn't get an appt until 8/17/21 8/17/21-(3rd brake Visit) Brakes squeaking again. No abnormal wear detected, applied anti squeal compound to help with noise. 8/17/21- picked up car, brakes still squeaking. Called appt on 8/26/21 8/26/21- Called spoke to Service Mgr regarding squeaking brakes, gave us appt for 9/1/21 9/1/21(4th brake visit)front disc brake installed new pads with backing plates and shim kits. Applied stop squeal to help with noise. 9/2/21- Brakes still squeaking. Called made another appt. dropped off car that afternoon 9/2/21- Reached out to Corporate Mgr Chris Houghton, said he would look into everything and call us back, never called us back. 9/2/21- let Jim the Dealership Manager and Vincent the Sales Manager know that we called the Attorney Generals office and they informed us of the Lemon Law buy back, and that with everything going on since day one (especially with the no title/registration for 2 months , which is illegal) that we are entitled to the Buy Back program, if dealership doesn't want to work with us, then we will be filing an arbitration. 9/3/21- (5th brake visit) Was told by Service Mgr seems to be a caliper issue. Installed new pads with backing plates and shim kits and performed road test. Found left front caliper hanging up due to internal failure. Replaced left front brake caliper and pins. Road tested with the service Manager and could not reproduce any abnormal noise. 9/8/21- picked up car 9/15/21- Back brakes squeaking when in reverse. Called Service Mgr, was told he no longer works there, called Jim the Manager of the dealership was told he does not take phone calls, called Chris Houghton (corporate Manager) spoke with him length about everything that has transpired since we purchased this vehicle. 9/15/21 called Chris Houghton back 5 pm left vmail 9/16/21 called Chris Houghton 10 am no call back 9/16/21 11am called service to make an appt was told we need to go through Chris Houghton and cannot make us an appt until then. we'll see.......
