I experienced attempts at humiliation and a variety of microagrssions. I was low-balled, and cheated. I believe they reacted from my dark skin, my black features. If you want to experience racist attitudes, go to this place otherwise make the trip to the Lowell store because the white men in there are not your pals if you're dark skinned. Unfortunately, a lot of people in Nashua are this way but usually it's not so proudly worn.

First of all this is the BEST PAWN SHOP in Nashua. Second and more importanly, Bernardo needs a raise. Most helpful person I've dealt with maybe ever in regards to buying, selling and trading. 50 stars! I'll be back!

I’ve been here a few times for iPhone repairs, and purchasing some items and have always had excellent service with Bernardo. He is always welcoming and knowledgeable and not to mention quick so you aren’t waiting all day! If I ever have friends or family with electronic issues or needing to buy… I tell them to ask for him :)

I went in for a “broken” charger port and Aria was able to help me fix it at no cost. After that I decided to look at the computers and decided to trade mine in for an Asus Laptop. Bernardo, amazing customer service and electronic knowledge. Helped me pick it and entertained me while I was waiting for my computer to finish processing. I appreciate all the help I received since I don’t know much about computers, they helped me pick the best one for my purposes. Would recommend 10/10!

I’ve been here many times over the last few years and it’s always been a great turn out! Most of the time I’m going to replace an iPhone or an iphone screen and there’s always a great selection. Thank you John for doing a much better job with my screen protector than the Apple store! Excellent customer service!

Amazing experience there. Someone I know personally recommended them to me so I went there to check it out. Very nice and organized. The guy who helped me, named Moe, was amazing. I told him what I do for work and what I needed. I know very little about technology and he walked me through everything and checked to see what my then phone had for GB. He asked me what price range was I at and I told him. Once I decided what one I liked, he told me the return/exchange policy and helped get the case and screen protector. I would recommend these guys to anyone...When a business treats you that good, you want them to succeed.

Thank you John so much! Funny and very patient. I came in with a million questions and no clue what I needed. Christmas time with my head cut off lol! I ended up having so much fun and even learned a thing or two. A little bummed out when I went there. I purchased a game system and it wasn't until I was handed the receipt that I was informed that it came with no wires. Yet, I was still charged at a price in which I could've gotten the same thing online with the wires. I was then given one of the two wires which I am appreciative of. Just a little frustrated. Nonetheless, still good people there.

Today 9/25/21 Walked in to this shop looking for a phone that was Os at bestbuy Nashua. I met John!. John is the most awesome guy have ever met!. Customer care fantastic!, no pressure, l eventually bought several things just because of how well he explained 👏 and easy to talk to, I will definitely drive back the 1.30hr to this shop again!. I walked out a happy customer!. Thankyou John.

Rude and unfriendly. I went in there and asked if they bought used computer parts and they just about laughed me out of the store. Ummm, maybe don't advertise as a used electronics store and it's fine not to accept products but don't be rude to customers. Complete joke. Go to Showtime in Hudson.
Hi Zachary. We take these kinds of reviews extremely seriously, to the point where we'll rollback our security footage with audio and actually watch the interactions. In the past 2 weeks, we've had 2 customers come in to sell used computer parts. Our resident PC expert Bernard was working on both days. One customer brought in an old graphics card and another customer brought in older used hard drives. I'm guessing you're one of these 2 customers in question. Before dealing with your specific interaction, let me apologize for any confusion over what types of electronics we deal with. We advertise ourselves as a used electronics store because we are, in fact, a used electronics store. Being a used electronics store doesn't mean we deal with every single piece of used electronics. If you had called beforehand and asked us or checked our website, we would have clearly explained why we don't buy certain electronics. When it comes to internal PC parts, testing them is the biggest hassle for us. Our margins are already razor thin and the time and equipment required to test an older GPU or older HDDs is just not worth the time, especially with all the new tech available to us now. We will certainly work on how that is communicated in the future. Regarding your specific interaction, I apologize if you felt like you were "laughed out of the store" or felt like you were disrespected. We've been doing business in Nashua for over 30 years in the same plaza. We take our customer service extremely seriously. We certainly don't belittle anyone or ridicule them for their lack of knowledge on how our business works. We deal with a lot of customers and are pretty matter-of-fact on items we aren't interested in or items we'll accept. Your interaction was pretty short. If you had asked us who would be interested in your item(s), we would have given you the name of Showtime (they deal specifically with PC products) or other businesses that may buy your used products. We would even offer to recycle them for you for free if you were just looking to get rid of them. We can see you're a pretty prolific reviewer. We respect the opinion of local guides as a great source of feedback for other customers. You should know that we are the definition of a small business- we're a mom and pop shop with 10 employees spread out between 2 locations. We don't claim to be perfect but we certainly depend on reviews to accurately portray what we do as a business. We can't force you to change your review, we can only hope you'll reconsider your interaction as an instance of miscommunication and give us another chance to fully explain our business model. Went to Goodeed today to check out a iPhone for my son. I was helped by John who was THE MAN! Not only did I get a great price but he hooked me up with a case, charger and protective glass. He was personable and very informative! They back their products 100%. I highly recommend checking them out!

This is Tamra Kavalowskas. I went in for a TV and antenna, The service was superior and the return policy was quick and easy as was buying a new system. They not only took the time to make sure it was working they also programs it with the universal remote. They didn't have to do that and I am extremely grateful and Moe and the new guy ( I can't remember his name were exceptional. If you need electronics, this is the place to go. You will not find better customer service!!! Give them a shot!

The offers are ridiculously low and getting a loan or selling the item gets you the same offer. If you don’t want to sell and just need some money for and emergency or a bill you have 7 days to pay them back double or you lose the item.

I just wanted to give you a little more information on how we do business because it seems as though you're a little bit confused on how this works. 1) Your assertion that our offers are "ridiculously low" is categorically and provably false. Our guarantee is that we will match or beat any cash offer from any business in a 100 mile radius, no questions asked. Bring us a better quote and we'll match it. Our offers fall in line with public market value of second-hand items and our ability to re-sell them. We've been doing this for 15+ years. We know what we're doing. Most people overvalue their personal items. We aren't buying the item from you for our own personal use... we're literally buying the item to re-sell it. Sadly, we spend a decent amount of time reminding people of that, we just don't generally have to respond to negative reviews from people who have no idea how this business functions. Most times they just ask us. Seems to be a reasonable thing to do, don't you think? 2) We're not a pawn shop. We don't pawn anything. We literally do not offer the service. The only exception to this is a "buy back" program we offer to customers who are in a bind or an emergency (the kind of bind/emergency you are referring to in your review). Our preference is to not give you a buyback option at all, but some of our regular customers were adamant about getting their items back so we offer that service for those who are in an emergency. Again, if it were completely up to us, we wouldn't provide a buyback option at all. That service exists literally due to customer feedback. 3) Since we don't pawn or give loans, we don't alter the rate at which we pay you. Your item has inherent value and we pay you what it's worth, whether or not you decide you want to buy it back. This provides us the security of knowing that if you don't come back (some customers don't come back), it's business as usual for us. It also lets the customer know that the value of the item doesn't change based on the context and that they can take ONLY WHAT THEY NEED so when they buy it back, they pay less to reacquire it. 4) Thomas- we're a business. We aren't a charity. I'd love to someday turn this business into a non-profit, but we aren't there yet. We feel for our customers that go through tough times.. everyone is dealing with something, including our employees. The fact that you feel entitled to a service that we do not provide is a little ridiculous. Furthermore, to leave us a negative review over a service we do not provide is a little overboard. We're a small mom and pop shop with 10 employees. Your review negatively affects our ability to help customers as well as provide an accurate description of what we provide. 5) 99% of people who complain about our offers and walk out the door come back within a few days. We put our money where our mouth is, literally. If/when you do come back to do business with us, we'll kindly remind you about your negative review and ask that you please remove it if you decide to accept our services. If not, no big deal. We just hope you'll be a little more reasonable towards the next small business you deal with, especially if you don't understand how the business works. I broke my phone and decided to go to good deeds to get a cell phone. I was greeted by Bernardo and told him my situation. He helped me pick out a phone that was great for my needs. He also helped me set up my phone! I appreciate him! He is a great worker there defiantly need more people like him there!

I was looking to sell my Chromebook, which wasn't selling online, so I came here. Although this item doesn't sell well, Bernardo still ended up buying it from me, and at a good price. I appreciated how he walked me through the price he was offering me. He was very professional about it and we also had some laughs along the way through the transaction. I plan on coming back to sell other used items.
