TCF Bank W Irving Park Rd, Chicago

I’ve been trying to use my card few times every time I use this it doesn’t work it’s a savings account I even go to your place to get money out is the worst ever bank ever I had I think you guys need to do better service. I’m gonna go tomorrow and close my account the worst bank ever you guys shouldn’t even be in business and trying to control peoples money really you guys are garbage that’s my review I will be there to close my account on Irving Park and Wood Dale forever TCF his banks over open you guys are the worst bank ever worse can’t even take out money with a savings card

Very very incompetent people, rude and time wasting people. The whole crew can't even perform a single wire transfer . Unbelievable Worst banking experience Ever

Nothing against the employees, however, there isn't enough of them. Can't tell you how many times I walked out because of the long line. Nine people in front of me right now😞

So tcf stole 300+ from me. I called them and they refused to help. Do not use this bank

I've been banking with this neighborhood branch for many years. Highly efficient and courteous staff. The branch manager is very accomodating and knowledgeable. This is an amazingly convenient bank location and with real sensible office hours.

Not enough employees. There are two ladies working first thing in the morning and twenty people in line. I waited for over 30 mins just to deposit a check and cash express coin.

I have been a customer for more than 2 years and always is the same, courteous and fast service. They do anything to solve my issues.

Very few ATM's and banking centers location... if you miss the hours jewel stores you're out of luck
