Customer service was outstanding. I went to this branch since the two I usually go were closed due to COVID. Marco was very professional and helpful. Further I had a question on the hours of operation of a different branch and his colleague took the initiative to clarify my question. Thank you!

Extremely slow and ignorant people. Empty bank noone in line had to wait to print simple statements for an hour and a half on Wednesday at 2 pm. WHILE HE IS TALKING ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME.

Horrible customer service experience. Had two tellers flat out lie to me about cashing a check after attempting to scrutinize it, for the date and becuse it was folded although I had proper identification and have done it before at that location with different tellers.. my job is right down the street from this location . Guess since I'm a black male in a predominantly white/Hispanic community I have to be a scammer or con artist.

I would not recommend BOA in general. Their phone wait times are 20-40 minutes and the call in for card issues are only during business hours. That means if there is an issue with your card you are stuck until the next time they are open. Other banks are available 24/7. Regarding this location, they seem very unorganized - especially if you schedule a meeting with the bankers. Some advice to this team. Having 2-3 team members working with one customer for a long period of time while other customers who have appointments sit and wait is a problem. Also, and this is pretty basic, it was pretty obvious that the person I was supposed to meet with wasn't wasn't even there - that's a problem.

All they cared about was how to get me to open a credit card. They Showed me no empathy when I discussed my problem. As soon as I decided not to continue to do business with them they tried rushing me out the door. Had account with them for years but there not interested in my business unless I open credit cards . During my account closing I was pushed over to outside ATM to finish my transaction then had to wait in ATM hallway for my closing paperwork. Really unprofessional (Paul personal banker). Nonetheless I was polite and said thank you and took my money and left. If you choose to do business here remember it's all great as long as your buying but when you have an issue there is no customer service.

I wouldn't ever go back to this place if my life depended on it ! The worse customer service ever ! There must have been a line of 25 to 30 customers waiting to be helped with only 2 tellers on a Saturday afternoon !

I came for two cashier's checks at 11AM on a Wednesday. This was one of the few branches open as other B of A locations were closed due to Covid 19. I was in and out quickly. I only had to wait for ~10 minutes. I felt that I was served as quickly as possible. The main issue is that many of the patrons are conducting transactions that could be done online or or at ATMs.

Super long line at the teller, no cashiers. No customer service

I usually only go to a physical banking location when I have an issue that can't be resolved online. Every time I've come in to this location, the staff have been very helpful and efficient. In particular, when I was opening an account for my business, Juana, the small business relationship manager, was incredibly helpful in going over my options and helping me understand what would work best for me.

Spoke with Javier and Brenda to obtain a home equity line of credit. When we got declined, I found was that they did a hard credit check FIRST, then checked my LTV (load to value) which just exceeded their 80% threshold. When I Emailed them both with my question, the never felt it was customer service necessary to reply. My question was this: "Why wouldn't you check my LTV first????? If you had, you would have no need to do a hard credit check on me and my wife" I guess they felt that question didn't need to be customer serviced addressed. They just ignored it. *** we will be changing banks shortly ***
