Tamara helped my husband & I obtain our first time home buying loan. Tamara was never too busy to answer any of our message, sometimes even within minutes. She was so dedicated and when above and beyond at all times. At some point in our loan application it got a bit complicated and she Gave us a solution right away. She got to work and she made sure our loan got approved. Not only did she helped us purchase our first home, we also created a wonderful friendship because Tamara truly cares for her clients. Tamara is such a great coach, knowledgeable, facts driven, and most importantly very diligent with her work. She walked us through every step of the process, took even extra time to explain things more than once since my husband and I kind of jumped into this home buying process without knowing much. She guided us through the right paperwork needed, and answered all of our questions 24/7. I would text her/email her with a question or information on a Saturday or Sunday, thinking she will get to it on Monday but she would response the same day! sometimes in like minutes after the text/email was sent! 6 months after we closed the deal, I still text her with questions about bills, or other documents I received in the mail, or other questions I may have and she gets back to me all the time! Let me tell you…I would recommend Tamara 100x over! We refinanced once and purchased a home with her and she was on it both times!!! I messaged her for everything and she always made me feel comfortable in her responses. She is knowledgeable and keeps her cool in all circumstances!
