Relaxing, no pressure, straight answer, I had my own bank I thought. my own bank said trust these guys to save me money. They took care of me I could not ask for a better experience. I am happy. They had an inventory that i could look at low end models and high end and decide. Highly recommend I will return. Went in with our trade in. Offered Kelly blue book value. Ran our credit before they even showed us the car. When we declined the offer my husband went back inside to get the keys to our trade in. They tried to pressure him into taking the bad deal. Only talked to my husband not me. Will not go back. Only two stars because the salesman was nice.

Have had to take my Jeep wrangler here a couple of times for minor services with no issue(until recently), Thankfully they provide shuttle service. GET A SECOND-THIRD OPINION ALWAYS! Original issue: needed to change the oil on my Jeep, guys at jiffy lube said they can't change it because it has a special cover that only Jeep can take off in order to change the oil. New issue: The man who I spoke to at Jeep said that the cover was broken and rudely blamed me for doing so. I'm not well versed in cars and the jeep was preused when bought and believe it may have been the previous owner. The man said it's broken and won't be able to function and that I can't change the oil unless I replace it which was well over $2,000. Clarity: I paid a deposit but went to the original place I purchased it (Roberts auto sales) to tell them the issue. Thankfully Roberts have their their own mechanic. Their mechanic was able to change out the oil and said yes the part is broken but still usable and in no need for it to be desperately changed like that jeep staff member made it sound to be. Resolution: I went back and asked for my deposit back and told the man exactly what occurred. All he could do was look like a deer in headlights, get mad at the Roberts mechanic and stammer. Advice: Do becareful when going in as a lone woman with no mechanic knowledge. Always get multiple opinions for any car issues. I'm Quite upset as I've always trusted this establishment, but they have some seedy characters lurking in their staff.

So I bought my car in November purchased the auto butler, it turns out it's not how they described it. And I went to get my oil change I paid of the vacuuming and look at the mess they left. I was so upset. After 3hours they still wanted me to wait so they can do their job after I already paid them. The guy did give me my money back but was surprised i lifted the seat. I would assume if your vacuuming a car you lift the seat to get to the 3rd row. He seemed a little upset at me becouse i did not want to wait and i had to push to get my money back instead of him just offering it and offering to clean it that's a horrible customer service if it was my buisness i would have wanted the customer happy. Not having to ask twice for the money back.
We are truly sorry for the 3 hour wait and for the less than though-rough vacuuming that was performed on your vehicle. Took my vehicle to get fix of multiple issues, it was there for 3 days and somehow they managed to not fix anything and still charge me over $300 just for checking. I guess that is also my fault for buying poor made american cars.

Sale was good. After the sale was horrible. I have a small scratch on my truck ½ inch on the door handle cover. They said 3 days to fix this and no loaner vehicle. They lost the spare key and owners manual. I still haven't received the spare key. I will not be doing any business with this company. I searched for the truck I wanted and they were the only dealer around with what I wanted. I should have waited. Don't take ownership of the vehicle if it's not in perfect condition. Spend 50K on a new Ram and getting the shaft after the sale.

I came in to buy a car because i was in desperate need of transportation if i wanted to keep my job. I was already in a pretty delicate situation to begin with, so when I say the service we received upon arival was enough to put all of anxiety at ease, know that made my whole day. After I purchased my car I was ignored for weeks after I was told to schedule a touch up and to get another FOB. We finally get there and the detailer wasn't even scheduled for the day. Wasted a whole day for nothing. Less then 40 days after purchasing my vehicle, both front tires shredded on the freeway. They sold me a car with worn tires and never apologized. I had to demand reimbursment for new tires from their GM. Horrible experience - do not buy a car here.

After months of searching for a minivan(yes I'm minivan guy now) for the family we seen some on their website and decided to go in to check them out. We were introduced to Hector who showed us the minivans they had on hand and we were sold. He was definitely knowledgeable about the different vehicles and helped us decided on the right van for us. They are extra rude, not accommodating, takes forever to book an appointment for service and when you have it booked even when service takes more than 4 hours to fix Jeep’s recalls they don’t give you another car and we had to spend hours around the mall till the get our car fixed.

Stay away from this predatory place!!!!! They are major scam artist's in the sales, finance department, and the service center!!!!! I've dealt with all three!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! Update! No problems with my truck and I get two lights that came on at the exact same time I opened the hood and noticed some sort of fluid on the engine I suspected was coolant! I scheduled an appointment with ram and when I brought my truck they wanted to charge me $150 to inspect my check engine light and another $150 to inspect the other related notification! So in total just to inspect the truck it was $305!! I asked about brakes they told me without even looking I needed new rotors when another dependable brake shop had recently inspected and told me I only needed new pads and had already priced it $100 less! At this point I had then opted out of the above services and chose to just get an oil change and some warranty/recall work! After I declined their scam services the salesman slammed the papers in the trash with a nasty look on his face! The next day I took my truck to get new brakes the shop had inspected the engine and informed me my truck was almost completely empty on coolant! A related problem to the light non the less but eitherway ram didn't even inspect the coolant and let me drive away like that! There 27 point inspection with the oil change should've covered that! I should've been informed! But they were petty! With nothing at all informing me I was low on coolant! The "GM" then called after my review and asked me to in his exact words hold off on getting my truck fixed because he wants to see what he can do!!! Now a week later he hasn't even called back but he responded to this review! Why did you even reach out to me? I wasnt going to accept anyways! I would'nt take my truck back here if they offered to fix it for free! There are more trustworthy people all around modesto charging less! Do not give these people your money!

The experience was amazing! I highly recommend Hector. The guy went above an beyond for me to get me a great deal. We spoke on the phone and most dealerships I spoke to brushed me off even though I was ready to buy that day. When I got on the phone with Hector we was instantly helpful and a true professional. Came in July 2nd purchased a truck and they couldn’t secure financing , had to sign a new contract because they couldn’t find financing and it’s been almost a month and was told everything was good for the second contract and it’s been 3 more days and STILL NO financing. I do NOT feel comfortable driving a vehicle that isn’t financed or fully owned. Next step is getting a lawyer involved since Brenda thinks talking over someone that’s already expressed how irritated they are because this has been going for almost 30days is going to help! I would NEVER purchase from them again.

After having a not so good experience at the turlock dodge jeep branch, we decided to give the modesto branch a try. I called ahead to set up an appointment & upon arrival we were greeted by our Sales Jeep expert, Shane Smith. Who not only went above & beyond with his hospitality but also his knoweldge on Which jeep would fit us best. We thought we weren't going to be able to come to an agreement or even a suitable price on which car we could find. We even left the lot feeling defeated because we initially couldn't close a deal or come to an agreement but Shane Smith was still trying to get a deal & not only did he do just that, he got us a very good deal on the exact Jeep & color we wanted. This is my first experience buying a RAM vehicle and with the current short supply of new inventory I had to make a 5 hour trip to Central Valley CJDR to find the new Promaster City that I wanted. I was worried about the long journey from the North coast to a dealership that I had no knowledge of, especially since I was trading in my car to purchase the new van. As it turned out, I had no need to worry. From start to finish the service I received was nothing but exemplary. I worked with Shareef (sales) and Lance (finance) and they were both friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire purchasing process. I had app. For my 2017 jeep grand Cherokee trail hawk for the start stop switch hesitation when the vehicle restarts. It seems to have a to long of a pause in the restart. The service Advisor informed me that all they could do is charge me there Fee to check and see what the problem is. I purchased an 10- year/ 100,000 mile extended warranty on this vehicle "Through Central Valley Chrysler Jeep their own warranty" When I purchased the vehicle new. So evidently purchasing a Chrysler Jeep extended Warranty is not worth the extra money they charge you when you buy a Vehicle and when you need to use they can't tell if the work is covered. I don't feel this was handled very well with the sevice Advisor or Central Valley Chrysler Jeep at all. VERY DISATISFIED JEEP OWNER.

I was not a normal customer and I told them that coming in the door. I thought they were going to give me a the brush off because I was the mom of a finance manager from another dealership and I was only trading in my beloved Charger RT out of need for a big powerful truck to pull my RV. But, instead, Hector was compassionate and went to work straight away to work with Lance to negotiate so I didn’t have to take my favorite car down to the flea market of cars and drop her off like a bad pet owner drops their dog off at the pound. They took a huge amount of pride in taking in my RT and getting me into my 2500 Laramie. I did feel a little bad for the finance guy when I called my son to make sure I was getting every bang for my buck and took no shame in doing so right in front of him, but I did tell them I wasn’t their normal customer considering my son was in their line of work! They all handled it very well and gave us excellent service with grace and respect. Way to go guys at Central Valley Automotive! Next car or truck we buy will be with you guys! 💜

I had previously left a 2-star review because of some miscommunication/misunderstanding between myself and Central Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat over a previous car purchase. Great service!!! William was a amazing sales rep!! Not pushy at all. Took the time waking all over the lot even in the back to find the Jeep I wanted, then drove 30 mins to my wife’s work so she could sign paper work since getting us both there at the same time was proving difficult. Finance officer was laid back and made a usually annoying and tedious process smooth and easy!!! Great experience will be back for sure!!

Stephanie B, from the get go on my search for a new truck went above and beyond her duties as a sales rep. Hours before I was due to arrive to my appt she had the 2 vehicles I wanted to look at ready to go. When I arrived she greeted me right away and was very patient when it came to the purchasing process. While she said she had just started in that position, she seemed very knowledgable about the entire process. She stayed way past closing hours along with other staff members Jeff and Enrique. Coming from WA state, I was unfamiliar with the process in CA, again she went way above and beyond by driving 1.5 hours, hours after the end of her shift to come to my house to witness my wife sign paperwork needd by the finance department for the car I was selling to compete the deal. second time buying a car from a car lot, first time going to a professional dealer to buy a car. i was very impressed with the younger lady by the name of Vanessa i would recommend anyone to go deal with her and her only, she was extremely friendly and was very nice to myself and my girlfriend, made us fell very welcome, she did not make us feel pressured at all, the manger was even ok with me coming back to get my aftermarket radio switched out of my truck so that i could keep it. although we did not leave the dealer until almost 10pm the fact that she was so welcoming made it way easier and laid back. the only down fall to this entire experience i had was my jeep was not detailed at all other than a million layers of armoral on the fenders and bumpers.wheels were filthy sand under the floor mats, and dirt caked on the underside of the jeep still, but even at that i contact vanessa about it the next day when i seen it better in the light and she made a point to contact her manger and told me to bring it back so that they could detail it the correct way and make it the way it should be.Thank you central valley for the hospitality

Service department : Nice guys but disorganized. Made an appt two weeks in advance for fuel filter/oil change/and a warranty check on dash screen. I did a night drop. There was no pen in the drop box so I called at 7:15am to make sure they were on track. The 'check in guy' hadn't arrived yet but later called me back. I note this because some of this could have been avoided had they had a pen in the drop box (allowing me to write down the to-do list) or if they took notes when they made the appointment. 1. I wrongly assumed they could lookup warranty info as it was purchased from a nearby dodge dealer but they couldn't. They didn't bother to ask about the warranty info ahead of time and kicked me out of line while I waited for the dealer I bought it from to open and provide that info. The truck wasn't ready until the end of the day. 2. The appointment was made two weeks in advance for a fuel filter and oil change. The oil was only half bad but the filter was 100% bad ... the filter was the point. They changed the oil but not the filter and said I never mentioned the filter. I guess they didn't see the indicator and thus didn't call to ask? 3. In doing their inspection they removed the in cabin air filter, noted it was bad on the report, never called me, and left the glove compartment dismantled on the floor absent a filter. They were very kind and apologetic, but taking it to them to be done 'right' was inconvenient once and not-gonna-happen twice. FYI.

Just bought a new Jeep and had a great experience! Hector was our salesman and he showed me all of the features on my new car before we left the lot, and he worked so hard on making a deal that worked best for us! Hector was great through the entire process, and I would highly recommend him to anyone else buying a car. I would also like to shout out Josh in the finance department, he was amazing! Josh was super personable and was very thorough going through all the paperwork, he was the first person to make going through the paperwork of buying a care enjoyable! Great experience overall!

Went in for a test drive. Did my research on the car we were thinking about. Mike was our salesman. Not going to lie it’s not fun thinking of how much you’re going to have to pay. We were in the market for a Jeep, preferable used to meet our budget. My daughter was very, very specific on what she wanted. We went to Central Valley jeep in November. They really didn’t have thing similar to what she wanted. We were very shocked to hear from Izaak Mendel in January letting us know he had something for my daughter. We were amazed that he remembered us, And also that he remembered that we wanted a white jeep. He able was able to get us a brand new Jeep, with every little detail that she wanted, and in our price range. It’s was an amazing experience. We loved how kinowledgeable he was. BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT !!! i took my jeep in to get diagnosed a few weeks back, I was told it was battery issue and needed both replaced. I replaced both ,car was still not working. Took it back got it diagnosed AGAIN and was told it was the starter. I replaced the starter and guess what CAR IS STILL NOT WORKING. How can you charge a $175 dollar diagnosis if you will not give me full disclosure of everything that is wrong. Take your car somewhere else, I was already told this dealer has bad reputation and jeep owners drive to other towns to get cars serviced and now i know why

Monday 10/4/21, I arrived at 9:30am. I was the only truck in express lane, took 5 min to check in for oil change. 3 hours later it's 12:30pm and my Trackhawk is still parked in the back service parking lot, with no oil change. Inside the shop 3 stalls open, i asked for my keys and left. well time to switch service shop cause this one is just like the one in Turlock. Just take the express lane out, cause you guys don't know the meaning. Worst service department to date.
