Caliber Collision Bangs Ave, Modesto

I recently had my truck repaired at Caliber Collision after a tree fell on top of it causing moderate damage. I am extremely pleased with how my truck turned out. I received it back in a timely fashion and it looks like new again! Through excellent communication I was kept informed on the status of my truck repairs. From start to finish I got frequent updates from Lindsey on the process and timeline. Thank you Lindsey and Caliber Collision for the wonderful costumer service.

Exceptional service from start to finish. I got my car back sooner than expected which was truly a wonderful surprise and experience. The team at the Bangs location in Modesto is an exceptional team, they deserve a raise! I was always updated on the status of my car. Not happy with service. After finally getting my vehicle back my cars low coolant light keeps coming on. I do not feel comfortable in my car anymore. They kept it longer than I was told and my car isn’t fixed right. Very dissatisfied I would give 0 stars

This place is excellent for car repair of any kind!! Everything is professionally done and in a timely manner. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

This shop is excellent. I have used them before and have always been happy with the results. My car was clean and perfect, they even cleaned up my head light covers. I will return if necessary and highly recommend this shop.

I recently took my truck here about a month ago and with the work and the customer service that they have is great had get my door and my key iniation fixed here will recommend here great customer service and great work they have.

My car has been there for a month and a half and still nothing I have to call to get updates this is the most horrible service I have ever had with any body shops and some how the date to get my car just keeps getting pushed back I really want to get my car back and take it to somewhere else cause at this point I don’t think they are fixing it

Repairs and customer service was on point...hopefully never have to use them again hahaha but if so I would definitely go back for repair and definitely recommend

Miguel got my Hood replaced an color match perfectly due to a dent on my hood. I recommend coming down and getting work done here.

Miguel was very informative in the time frame needed and explained the repairs needed for my truck. It turned out great. I would recommend them and would suggest that you ask for Miguel to be your contact person for the repair.

Anyone in need of any vehicle work, should ask directly for Ms. Longacre. She was very competent, compassionate and knowledgeable in her job. Everything was explained to me in full detail, leaving no surprises or unanswered questions regarding my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle on the day I was told it would be ready. I can honestly say, I could not tell the vehicle had been in an accident, the job was done so well. THANK YOU, Ms. Longacre and Caliber Collision! A vehicle accident is a very stressful situation. I am very appreciative of Ms. Longacre’s ability to make this entire emotional experience a smooth transition for me. Lindsey at Caliber is hands down one of the best people to calm your soul when the dog locks you out of your Jeep in 27 degree weather and you have to bust the window out on Christmas Eve. She was super nice and had my Jeep repaired in just two days at a very reasonable price. Superior service….thanks Lindsey (and Frankie thanks you as well).

Now the work thus far was fine. It's their timing, being understaffed, then poor communication that lead this review to have 3 stars. Their general manager lost all her integrity with me when she offered to call me everyday since I was given many false hope dates and that things was on track via text messaging. I eventually went to their shop nearing near a month of them having my truck to see my front in completely apart yet the general manager had said 2 days prior that they had an alignment scheduled for the day prior. See customer service is so crucial and I take pride and accountability in making sure I leave my customers satisfied. Giving your customers complete satisfaction of you listening to their concerns and taking actions to voice the issues that may be out of their control will go a long way with a customer deserving that respect so they will recommend your business in the future. However unfortunately I received false hope for over a month. It is not my fault they are short staffed, it is no their fault of shortage of parts but I was given a pickup date for 8/18... I called to confirm firm and then i was informed the part they are waiting for was to come in 8/25?!?!?! Excuse me? Text after automated text after that we are right on track blah blah blah.... and for the general manager to not uphold her word to call me everyday was very irritating. I was embarrassed for the company name that they allow that general manager to degrade their business name with that kind of customer service. Her empty apology took the cake, accountability would have made a huge difference in my review but I felt my concerns and suggestions of improvement was disrespected as her crummy customer service skills.

Just came in for an estimate , they were not able to do it , but a young man was able to give me an idea of what it would cost and with that I made the decision to make a claim or pay out of pocket .

Was greeted at front desk quickly for my appointment, Rep was outside and completed everything and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Great job.
