I was told by the manager that due to me being a loyal customer with a perfect history with them that I was approved for 3500 dollars. I went through the whole process just to be told at signing that I will only receive 2000. I feel like I was baited into a refinance that was not true. I am extremely disappointed because I have had nothing but great experiences with this company until now. I hope someone from this company will read this and make it right, if not I plan to pay this off ASAP and never do business with this company again. I will also let others know my experience with them as well.

My expirience was beyond good from the initial phone call from Will and Rachel to the in office appointment which was taken care of by Rachel. Very professional, and they took care of business.
