These are difficult times and I greatly appreciated Ali treating me with respect and dignity while assisting me with my financial needs. Ali listened to me and was supportive. He even offered options I hadn’t considered. In the end, instead of being stressed I literally was positively relieved.

Although Sarah was nice and very caring throughout my loan process, I feel deceived on the information provided to me. I received a load back in Aug/Sept (I forgot what month) and was told that since Christmas "The holidays" was coming up, that Mariners had a deferment option for those struggling in the month of December. Well..... When I called, I was told I was not qualified and was also told I cannot be I formed why. I was really bummed thinking I have been on time with payments and wanting to paysooner then due date (And, I have another thing to say about that). I remember telling Sarah that I would make earlier (twice a month) payments than waiting until the due date and even adding a few dollars to help principal. She was saying that is totally fine and I could call to ensure my account will be fine from there as earlier payments are being made. I call just last week and now they are saying they do not recommend that. I'm like what?!?!?! The tone on the phone was just like "too bad" type of tone with no care of who their clients were. I really wish I could go back in time and recall this loan. I came in thinking I would get the loan I imagined and sticking with a company that cared about helping their clients but I was wrong. I got the loan and pay on time and I get thee worse responses, Customer Service over the phone and I feel like they could care less once they got you locked in with the interest. This is my fault and I feel deceived and manipulated. Please do not verbally give your clients information to make them feel great then stab their customers in the back. I'm stuck now and I will do my best to pay the principal down to get the hell outta this loan. I will be keeping track of every penny I pay. I would to be deceived and robbed of what I am putting in. I will definitely be calling customer relations. Hope they fine my story useful. I hope!

Mariner finance changed my overall perspective about the financial institution, and in a good way. The last thing anyone wants is to be pressured to take loans, or make any sudden commitments that may or may not benefit them in the long run. Also, I've dealt with other institutions and I've never been walked through the steps of getting a loan like I did with Mariner finance. I got a loan through Mariner Finance three years ago and they eventually offered to pay the remaining balance of my Tacoma , and consolidate my current loan debt with the truck payments. I ended up saving money , and turning 1 unsecured loan into 1 big secured loan- which will line me up well when I decide to get a house. They never got frustrated with me when I asked 1,000 questions on the phone, and always responded back to my voice messages. Sarah and Megan are from another planet. I don't know how they do it, but these two beautiful souls are so passionate about their jobs, and are ninjas when it comes to finding alternative methods in order to make the customer happy. Every time I spoke with them on the phone - they were cheerful, funny, easy to understand, and had tremendous patience. They deserve happiness, abundance, and everything else that life has to offer.
