TAB Bank Harrison Blvd, Ogden

Ever since they changed to a new Online banking platform, their quality of service has dropped. Multiple issues with internal transfers, external transfer limits being incorrect and elimination of EFS check creations. Not a good bank for a Trucking company any longer!

Issues predatory loans up to 189% APR. Poor reporting practices to the credit bureaus. Don't use this bank unless you want to get ripped off and yoir credit ruined with false reporting.

I give them a 2 star because when things go bad, they turn their backs to you. I had an account for almost 10 years. I used this account to deposit my comdata and Tchecks for my kids to have funds while i was alway all year. Come Dec 2020 i got sick and stopped working. Due to my account being -$40 for what would be 3weeks they closed my account. I called to explain my situation and they didnt care. All they said was to bad. Now i dont have an account for kids to have funds when im on the road.

TAB Bank has been an excellent Financial Resource for us and all interactions have been extremely easy and they are always helpful. Greatly appreciate being able to work with them and the more personalized and efficient services compared to the big banks. Cannot say anything negative about them - and in this day and age with so many businesses and poor customer service, just really appreciate what they offer.

There were numerous changes to the forgiveness application process and TAB Bank did an excellent job sending notices keeping us informed of possible changes so we would know when to apply for forgiveness. Also, I had questions and TAB Bank was very quick to respond and direct. This bank was unknown to us before the Payroll Protection Program but we couldn't be happier with their guidance and response.

TAB bank is a genuinely good bank run by good people who want to help. Yes, they charge interest and fees but they are reasonable and considering that they practically saved our business means that we owe them much more then what they charged us. Also, they helped do a deferment plan which allowed us some breathing room for 3 months. They didn’t need to do that. Comparatively, Bank of America took forever to get the PPP thing going on the second round and took 4 weeks longer to get the money to us and when they did they only were able to get like 70% of what TAB was able to get 4 weeks earlier. Obviously, TAB is looking out for the best interest and we had to by law decline the BOA loan. Anyway TAB is a good bank.

I used TAB Bank for my PPP loan during the COVID relief funding period. From start to finish they were great. At one point during the forgiveness period I needed information. They replied the same day each time I had a question. Everything was easy and professional with a personal touch.

My experience with tab bank was very very good. From the get-go a very professional straight into the point and extremely helpful. They were fast with the funding make sure I had everything I needed. They explained from top to bottom beginning to end of how things would go

TAB Bank has been great in helping our business with our PPP loans. They came through where my own bank dragged their feet. TAB helped with getting forgiveness also. l would highly recommend using TAB Bank for your financial needs.

TAB Bank was a fabulous partner in the PPP loan process. I got connected with them through SmartBiz and together, the two have been quite communicative about where I'm at in the process and what remains to be done. I received the money about one month after initially applying.

TAB Bank did an amazing job of handling my PPP loan, I called back weeks later to get my SBA loan number and they were very friendly and responsive.If I have the opportunity to choose my lender I would choose TAB over and over.

I was given a Tab Bank for my PPP loan Round 1 The process was extremely fast! From approved to funded was less than 48 hours! I went through Womply my second round, signed promissory note on 3/12/21 SBA funded 3/24/21 The bank was Bensworth and now it’s 4/14/21 never funded. That shows you the difference between two comparable businesses. I could not have been happier with Tab!! Great people, polite and answered the phone and kept me updated all the way. I wish I would’ve went through them for my second round that now just got canceled. Extremely grateful and I’m sure they’ll be more than exceptional doing the forgiveness process.

I really had no contact with TAB BANK. Smartbiz site was where I completed the application. Since being approved for the first loan, I have had difficulty working with Smartbiz. They do a poor job of communicating directly. No access to person to person discussion .none!

This funding was obtained and provided from this lender but it took multiple applications and over two months to process the loan. And it is a modest loan. While I understand the loan amount is/was based upon income criteria there is no way the sum loaned can or will save my business operations. During the process I was contacted by at least two scammers pretending to be PPP lenders. I spotted their scam and called their bluff. But obviously my company name and my name was obtained or released to unscrupulous operators who attempted to exploit my attempts to participate in this program. The entire experience leaves a poor taste.

After almost 20 years as a customer I almost always find myself asking why I continue to be. For me, if the customer isn't treated as king, why bother. The customer experience has steadily declined with the passing of time and charges have increased on formerly free services. I could go on but I hate whining. Lol!

Over 180% APR! They are a completely predatory institution and should be ashamed of themselves. Do your research first and stay away from this bank.

Caveat emptor! 1. They wait till the last second of the buisness day to make ach deposits avail. 2. Zero semi truck parking. 3. Exceptionally high credit score requirement for loan and checking. 4. Mobile app is garbage. 5. No physical branch anywhere 100% online.

they are very non reliable they will not send you your pink slip even after you have paid everything just be careful doing business with them you will waste time trying to get them to do the bare minimum

The funding process was very quick for my PPP loan. I used a third party to complete the application process so cannot speak on the experience of the process with them directly. I made contact about a month after funding was received because I had not received any further communication, loan documents, etc for first draw. The agent was very friendly, insightful, and offered just the right amount of cross-selling/info providing so that it was not overbearing. The agent also looked at additional items related to my loan that I had not considered to ask, and each was a very important detail I needed to know. I still have not received the promised account materials, but am confident they will resolve the issue as soon as I contact them again. (Thank you for commenting on my review in less than 1 hour and addressing my outstanding paperwork. That is exactly what customer service should be like! I'm glad to be working with TAB BANK)

Using TAB bank for my PPP loan was a wonderful experience! I tried to apply through other banks, including my own bank and kept getting the runaround. TAB was professional and efficient at helping me receive the funds I needed. I highly recommend!

During the PPP process I was aligned with TAB, and I am truly grateful for them, as they processed my application with ease, helped through the forgiveness phase and have overall been an incredible asset to my business. We are a family owned restaurant in Chicago, in business 30 years. During the first round of PPP loans, we applied numerous places from our own local bank to major banks and none of them could handle the processing of applications and all of them let us down. We got connected to TAB and they got the job done for us quickly and painlessly. It was very clear how hard they worked on funding as many applications as they could and we are so grateful for all their hard work. They have been a breath of air in comparison to the sea of soulless corporate relationships we are forced to have as small business owners. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Absolutely seamless process getting my PPP loan funded through TAB Bank. Once my paperwork was finalized and verified, I received notification that my PPP loan had been accepted and would be funded through TAB Bank. After reviewing the terms if the loan and signing electronically, the funds were available in my account within just a couple days. Would definitely recommend doing business with them.

Customer service at TAB Bank is superb. I received a PPP Loan from them and had several questions. The representatives were very knowledgeable and helped to guide me through the process.

There was no communication from TAB about the PPP loan. We applied through Smart Biz and TAB was the bank we were matched with for the loan. We never got the loan paperwork until I called so we had it to file for our second PPP Loan and we are still waiting to get the paperwork to apply for forgiveness. I keep being told the bank is waiting on the SBA to set it up for them. The SBA told me the bank just needs to call and ask for it to be set up and it will be. I hope someone there can figure out the process soon so we can get it taken care of. I will say, the last time I called, I did talk to someone who was able to get to the right person so we finally got a copy of of first loan papers.

Have both my ppp loan and second draw loan with this bank. They have been very transparent and communicate well all things that happened with my loan and now my forgiveness application. I would definitely recommend them as a financial institution

I had a very positive experience working with Smartbiz. They kept me updated while l was waiting for my approval. My turn around time after applying for my PPP grant was less then 30 days.

This Bank is very good to there customers I can say this without any second guessing, covid 19 put such a hinder on our company as it did America with that being said my accounts have had a lot of negative transactions without much to nothing coming in, they have helped me along the way even if I didn't like the outcome they've been here with us through it all ive had two heart surgerys and this bank stayed in contact with my family asking for several updates while I was under the knife the first time 8 hours and the second emergency surgery that means a lot to us, my PPP loan the whole process was made very easy for us especially when all this was new to all Americans this bank will probably never know much they have meant to us. I can honestly say they where put into our lives for a reason. Where very grateful for TAB Bank and the team that runs it..
