I promise if you're not using Sutherland Title you're doing it wrong. Justin Sutherland is a fantastic person and his team is highly experienced. They bend over backwards to make sure the deals get done on time and for a great price. Been using them for years and will not use anyone else. Customer for life.

For two plus decades we don't go anywhere else. The professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail of this group is wonderful. Problems are handled quickly and professionally. As a private investor I always require my closing to be done at Sutherland.

We were serviced by S Jeff Bridgeforth, VP of Sutherland Title Company and needless to say we were very impressed. We purchased our home and due to my husband leaving town unexpectedly for business, we had to sign our closing documents earlier. Our mortgage agents basically contacted the title company on 4:45pm on a Friday night. By the time we arrived at their office(after 5pm), we were greeted with warm smiles and waters by Jessica Palmer who also followed up with us throughout the process. During the signing the staff stayed late and never once rushed us. Jeff made sure he walked us through all the documents until we felt comfortable. We give these guys 2 thumbs up! Thanks for all of your hard work!
