Once Cottonwood Title received my loan information they quickly scheduled our closing and sent an invitation for my calendar as well as a reminder days before. Their offices are very clean and professional. Our loan officer, Cort, was very friendly and accommodating. He was great in explaining each page signed and then made sure we received a flash drive with an electronic copy of all the documents. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again.

Cottonwood Title was the title company for our new home that we have moved into. They helped us last September. They are a great bunch of people and were very helpful, really nice, and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a title company. You won't regret doing business with them.

I used Cottonwood Title for two closings. The first time was perfect and the second was beyond perfect! I purchased a lot both times, but with the second considered doing a quit claim deed without going through a title company. I am so grateful for Krista Crook and her knowledge and support, had I moved forward with quit claim, I would have spent over $8000 in past due HOA and water fees. Most of cottonwood title was a good experience, however the loan wire amount didn’t match the lenders amount so the underwriter rejected the loan, had the rep at cottonwood title told us the exact amount to wire we wouldn’t have had the hold up in our closing process.

We have used Cottonwood Title twice now and have loved them both times. They are very easy to work with, very accommodating of our schedules and make everything so easy to understand. We will definitely use them in the future.

Cottonwood Title did an excellent job as our title insurance company. They are very professional and friendly. We were able to close on both selling of our old property and purchasing of the new property at the same time, and it took under a hour to do both. I would highly recommend them.
