It was a piece of cake. Maybe because I already asked around 90% of my questions ahead the closing date. Anyway it was fast and almost stress free. And just seeing "almost" because they didn't speak Spanish (no their fault) but with or without that I am very happy!

I did not choose Cottonwood title my builder did, but it was a comfortable and relaxing place to close. My lone advice would be for them to get an office Dog or 2. Capstone title has 2 well mannered dogs wandering the office and because of that I will choose them every time.

Referred to Cottonwood Title by the Credit Union. The agent was very professional and efficient. She explained all the papers we were signing and made sure all of our questions were answered. The office was nice, and they were COVID-19-conscious. The table in the meeting room had a plexiglass panel in the middle. They offered clean pens and sanitizers. Overall very positive experience.
