This is the first time we have used Title Guarantee for a purchase of an investment property and they did an amazing job!! Very quick to respond to all questions and did everything in a timely manner. Amber was so fun to work with - she has a great personality! We would use them again!!

I never thought that I would review a title company but Jon was amazing and I felt compelled to let people know. My closing went so easily and smoothly and much of that was thanks to Jon. He walked me through everything, answered all of my questions, and was delightful through the entire slog of "initial here, sign here". Turns out if he hadn't moved we would have lived down the street from each other and he even offered to guide me through choosing the right cabinets for a kitchen reno - if that isn't service above and beyond I don't know what is! You get to choose your title company, definitely choose them - you'll be glad you did.

My profession has me deal with a lot of home closings and I am always so happy when I see the Beard Team. Even if I knew I could get my title work done cheaper somewhere else I would still go with Jon and his team. Luckily that problem doesn't ever come up.

Did not communicate at all. They wouldn't call me back even after a week of leaving voicemails. When I finally got in touch via email they didn't answer all of my questions. I couldn't even reach them again after that to properly express my concerns.

Honestly, for how crazy our experience was this company was amazing working with us! Lori was absolutely amazing! She got us through paper so fast and explained it all so clearly. We were on a time crunch as we needed to record that day and she made everything she possibly could to make sure we could record that day and although we couldn’t record that day due to wire complication (not title guarantees fault) she made us at ease with this situation. Amazing experience! The staff was friendly and professional. Amidst the covid crisis I was a little nervous to go into the office-but Title Guarantee took super fantastic measures to help eliminate the spread!! There is a plastic guard up between contacts at the table. They provide new pens for each signing. They sanitize the entire room in between signings. And did I mention friendly staff?? I’m so happy our closing paperwork was done at Title Guarantee!! Would definitely recommend this place!
