I always have an amazing experience when I go into this store. John, Matt, and Mike were there today and John helped me. Everybody in the store deserves a raise for keeping the good music and vibes flowing inside the shop. Plus they always lookout when you’re earnest about your reasons on visiting there. Constantly giving me good man price. Super fair and super personable team there. LOVE IT.

Convenient location, huge & diverse inventory, various price ranges. Prices were within reason, they are not trying to take advantage of their customers. I was assisted by Matt who was patient and pleasant. He let me take my time selecting my items. Price negotiations were fair. There were several other gentleman working in the shop and everyone was extremely nice. I will definitely return for a couple more items.

Tom was so helpful. He sold us a gold chain. We also asked him to check the gold quality of our jewelry, which he did. We had fun looking at their super expensive jewelry. They had a $50k chain, a $52k presidential Rolex and a $14k cross!!! They have a good selection of designer purses, jordans. They even had the ever elusive Nintendo switch! Will definitely be back

The staff here are cool for the most part. Respectfully and not pushy at all. My only gripe is they don’t give you as much as you ask for on stuff but that’s to be expected. Overall a good experience!

Absolutely the worse ever. I had over $8k in equipment and after waiting for an hour . These guys made up excuses and talk to me as if I fell off a turnip truck. Offered me $250 for all this . They want brand new store prices for the things they have in their shop but only want to give you Pennies for your stuff. After further review of their reviews it is discovered that the reviews are from their friends and not actual customers to promote their store….

I bought a 50” 2020 Vizio TV. Last weekend I was finally able to get it set up. I had to buy a table for it and was told it had the “feet” inside and the remote! 2 sets of feet (wrong ones, no screws or mounting ability) No remote. Went to Vizio to buy one but, they don’t do support, the site doesn’t let you. They give you phone numbers for three (3), aftermarket sites that don’t answer I now have a 50” “Boat anchor”!!! Gee Whiz. Thanks for the great deal!

For some reason they don’t accept hoverboards which is terrible. They only offer 100 bucks for a trombone that was 1000 bucks. It’s like they pay you scraps for your items and will just sell it later but for more then they bought it from you. Staff overall seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. The main blower in this is not accepting hoverboards when it’s a whole pawnshop.

After upgrading to ew home theater setup, I had old equipment cluttering a bedroom, just sitting there. Selling audio on your own is expensive as for shipping charges. Superpawn took everything, after ensuring it worked, and paid me a fair price. A bit more than I was offered elsewhere and I didn't need to ship it away. There is value in convenience. It took less tha an hour to go start to finish and I'm satisfied. Hope the stuff finds a new home :)

This is a great store to do business. The guys have great customer service and very professional. I visited the store on 8/6/21 walked in not sure if they could of clean two pairs of bracelets - the last thing my Dad gave me before passing. I asked and Chris cleaned my bracelets making them look brand new. Brian helped with my purchase and Oliver helped cleaning what I purchased. This is honestly probably the best pawn shop in all of Maryland in my opinion. You can feel the hospitality, which is not something that you usually experience at pawnshops. I had a very old gold ring that was sitting in my jewelry box for many years, I decided to stop by, to see what they’ll offer for my ring, I was pleasantly surprise everyone was friendly but Matt was particular nice to me. He took time to evaluate the price of my ring and and bought it at a decent price.

Service was great from start to finish. Kayla was polite and very professional while explaining the process and all items needed to be brought in to sell my television over the phone when I called. The gentleman that assisted me was very polite and professional as well. I even asked for a few extra dollars and he accepted with no hassle. This was also a very quick process. I was in and out in no time.

I brought in some jewelry watches and pens. They went through everything and explain to me the difference between how to find out what’s real what’s not what’s gold plated. I asked a lot of questions and they were very patient very thorough and answering them and made sure I was happy with what I was getting pricewise. The place was very clean and very professional. This place is not just an other pawn shop. Everyone is friendly here. All who work here are courteous, honest and helpful. Horrible. They are thieves. They want your stuff for pennies. But than if you try and buy their used stuff they want as much as new. Had brand new 500 teeter hang up. They offered 20 buks. After hr drive very rude. People are struggling than to these guys make you feel like thief.

This is one of the only pawn shops in the area and it is most certainly the best. The other day, I came in with my daughter just to look around; her eye was caught by the swords, and so she asked if she could try holding a couple of the swords to get a closer look. She ended up settling on a Windlass in very good condition. After we left the store, we did some research and found out that the sword was a Windlass Estoc! Apparently it's a pretty rare sword-- not because it's fancy or expensive, but because it was so unpopular that Windlass discontinued it almost immediately!!! It's very unlikely that we'll ever find one again, so my daughter is very happy that she just happened to pick it out! Overall our experience in the store was great. The employees were nice and helpful, and they were more than happy to negotiate with my daughter (despite her very awkward negotiation skills). We had a very pleasant experience and got a wonderful sword for an absolute bargain!!!

I stopped by Superpawn on 4/19/2021 to look at their silver jewelry, as they always have a nice selection. I am a return customer and stop in every couple of months. SUPERPAWN is truly the best pawn shop in Maryland. I needed a 35mm camera for work and stopped by SUPERPAWN. Staff membership Matt and Oliver helped me select a great camera at a great price. I've been coming to this pawn shop for probably 10 years or so, and let me tell you, it is hands down the best pawn shop in the Laurel area, without a doubt. I have been to just about every other one in Laurel, none of them are like this one. Their number one goal is customer satisfaction. There is absolutely no need to go anywhere else, they will give you the most money for your item, without ripping you off. If you build a relationship with them like I have, they help you even more. The last thing they want to do is sell your item if you are late on a payment for your pawned item, so they will work with you. There is no point in naming names as to who has helped me, I have worked with every single person in there, even the newer ones, and they are all extremely professional, friendly, fair, and quick. I've driven by there shop many times, wanting to go in and check them out. On this particular day I had seen some things in the parking lot that caught my eye and decided to go in. Long story short I purchased an industrial bandsaw. The price was reasonable and the staff was very curtious and friendly. They even helped me load it into my car! I will definitely return. As always friendly and helpful, unfortunately the presents of a veteran well trained employee was required to assist in transaction as the fellows who originally helped chose to becone uncooperative and inflexible. In being a long time Patriot on this establishment. I will again return. I hope ,however the assuring employees develop a greater understanding of the situation facing some customers in trying times. This flexibility opens greater loyalty and in good times most return to spend great selection plus pricing.

I came in to sell some scrap gold and silver. Tom and John were quick to help me and pick through a mixed pile of pieces. Use a strong 🧲 magnet on your stuff before you come as gold and silver are not magnetic and you can save some time. They bought most of the pile and were polite and professional. I don't know how Tom manages to find such an amazing line-up of employees. The staff is always extremely personable and a pleasure to interact with. Matt is incredibly helpful and friendly, truly an honest dude. You've also got Oliver who is respectful and is always there to at your beck and call. Last but not least, there's Dan who is more than happy to go above and beyond to find what you need to sure you get exactly what you're looking for. There are more employees, each just as wonderful as the last, and I'm almost disappointed i don't always have the time to get to know them better. Again, I am impressed with how Tom manages to have such a high quality cast of reliable people. You'll find everything you need and more at this absolute gem of a place.

I saw this on TV one night and noticed the store had a lot of musical instruments in particular drums. I have been a drummer all my life and like collecting quality or vintage drums and cymbals . I run across great sounding maple shells and cymbals like zildjian and Sabian. I stopped by and the cool dude that was on TV was behind the counter. He made me a great deal on a few Zildjian cymbals and it was just that easy. I will return. I have purchased tools there in the past for work and prices were good. All the best!

Tom was awesome and had wonderful customer service as well as the other staff members. The minute I walked through the door I was greeted warmly by everyone. I went in with a bunch of jewelry that I had no idea if they were real or not. Tom went through every piece and was talking and joking with me the whole time making me feel very comfortable. The majority of my jewelry was costume jewelry and not worth anything but luckly I had two pieces that were real. I was absolutely amazed at how much money I was offered for both pieces. Great people fair pricing overall wonderful people. I didn't have money one day and tried to pawn something. THEY didn't want it and I had no gas. They actually gave me gas money to get home. BEST EVER!!!!!!!!
