Sales Guy Floyd, was so amazing and patient with me during my whole car buying process. He actually took the time to listen to my situation, before asking me any questions regarding a new car. Personally, I specifically told them that I didn’t want to come up there for no reason, so my salesman Rodney, Tried his hardest to get the job done. Very respectful & consistent. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the people in the front right top desk. Very nonchalant & acted like they didn’t care. If you need a car definitely go to RODNEY for some help ! 5/5 experience with HIM, 0/5 stars for the Asian guy & Brownskin guy with curly hair which both works on the Top customer service desk. Jared was my sales associate today may 14th 2022, I showed up with honestly with not a lot of hope because tight budget and and how picky I am, but Jared was incredibly patient and friendly. UPDATED REVIEW: Taking nothing away from Ray Scott because he’s an amazing salesman. As for the dealer location as a whole and management though, I cannot say the same. In November I was sold a car that to my knowledge was in good condition. Suspension ended up being bad, there’s a problem with the axel and to top it all of, there’s a rust problem that makes the vehicle stall out mid trip. With that being said, my 4 year old and I were on our way to school, the vehicle stalls out on us mid highway and almost causes us to total the car. The sudden stop thrusted my son and I forward causing the seatbelts to injure our chests. Action will be taken to social media, MVA & to the courts. I could go on and on about the issues that have occurred but it simply does not make up for the fact that Eastern motors will not cover their mistakes and inhumanity. ————————————————————————— I worked with Ray Scott and my guy did not disappoint. I was desperate and he went far and beyond for me and my son. He stayed after hours to ensure that I walked out with a vehicle. My experience was lovely, 10/10 recommend

These dealership sold us a 1966 Mercedes Benz Stk#013938 for $67000 and had the audacity to let it go on a shipping truck without Brakes or a clutch. None of which were disclosed when purchasing the vehicle. Called the store in Laurel, MD and spoke with a presumed manager and he said the car was sold "as-is" and that it was my issue. Go figure. I worked with Ray Scott while at the Laurel location. I came in without the huge expectation that my particular situation would get me approved for financing. I was working with a 475 credit score and 2 total losses on my credit, but with the help of Ray he was able to get me approved (only dealership to approve me after being denied by 4 different places including CARMAX). He immediately greeted me when I came in the door, he gathered all of the pertinent information to help his finance manager make the best decision and the decision was way better than I expected!!! He allowed me to test drive the vehicle while finance was doing their part in the background and by the time I came back from the test drive, I was APPROVED!! So grateful for this opportunity; highly recommend this gentleman get a raise or even a a manager position because he was thorough from A-Z and would recommend him to anyone with excellent to bad credit or bankruptcy, ect. This was a horrible experience. I scheduled a vehicle delivery. Took a week to get the vehicle from sterling to Laurel. Confirmed with two sales persons the vehicle was at the Laurel location and ready for pick up. Told them I would be there by 6pm. I get to the dealership, met with the sales person. He asked me to have a seat asked me did I want some coffee?... after about 20 minutes he comes back and tells me the vehicle was sold!!!...but would you like to look at another vehicle! So unprofessional!! I even spoke to the GM...AND AGAIN UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Wasted TIME, Wasted ENERGY and not to mention GAS!!!!!

I have been postponing the decision to buy a car because I was truly dreading the process. My good friend referred me after her positive experience with Easterns in Laurel. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Shawn Anwar. He patiently worked with me on finding a great vehicle when i had no clue what I even wanted. I highly recommend him and Easterns Automotive Group in Laurel. Edit: I was hesitant about the car i was buying. I had expressed my hesitation regarding the car's lack of power, traction, and maneuverability to Shawn but he assured me it would be fine. I wish I'd listened to my gut. 7 months later my hesitance has been proven. Looks like I'll be trading this car in for something that FEELS right. Shawn is good at what he does but this is NOT the car for me.
