I have been coming to this store for years. The only Pawn shop I trust and will go too. They always work with me and give good deals. I have came there in a time of need and they always helped me. And Scott is one of the coolest people I've ever met!

great service and awesome employees Corey and Linda were the best very friendly and they treated me very fairly when I was short on money to fix my car and they gave me the best price for my pawn.....I will definitely be going to them again and I held great conversation while my pawn process was being done!!!! Love this little shop. This is their smallest location out of six but the owner Scott works here and he is so fair and so fun to work with that I keep coming back. Just bought a watch about half price of retail. Thank you Best Pawn.

Though they are a small establishment, they were more than willing to work with us to come to an agreement on buying what we brought. Staff was respectful and fair. The "interesting" individual sitting at the front of the shop even provided some unexpected "entertainment". Will certainly be using Best Pawn again if the situation suits.

Best pawn has been in business for over 20 years for a reason. They know their stuff and always try to work with us to give a fair price. I don’t like buying retail, if I don’t have too. Every tv I have bought from best pawn has lasted me years. Sams club was having a sale, so I bought a brand new Samsung TV and after TWO months the screen stopped working. I bought a used TVs from Best Pawn, multiple times and have never had a issue. I also get all my jewelry there. David yurman, Gold, Michele watches ect. Oh and My Mac book and PlayStation. All have lasted me years!! Love this place!

I didn’t end up buying anything here today but the very friendly staff referred me to their other locations where I bought items at a great price. If they don’t have what you are looking for they call around to help find it. Great service. Thanks again.

My dad brought me here to buy a new compound bow which we did and saved a lot of money. Taryn & Scott are fun to deal with but yet very professional. I will be back soon for that awesome air rifle.

Great experience the owner's a great guy good energy comes off as a person unlike other shop owners who make u feel like your being ripped off before they see what you have to offer. Professional service and reminds you of the days where business owners were people to.

Scott is a hand down pawn star! I came it to the store after gathering a few things around the house I belived were of value to try to make Rent that I was short on. After Scott took a look at my things he let me know what he would be willing to make a offer on and what's a little out out of date. He made offers that were 15-30$ Over what I thought I would get! He even took a few ideas other shops didn't want! Thanks so much

Went in to sell a 18k gold ring, when the employee tested the ring she mumbled something about 10 karats and offered me $70. The ring scraps for $320. Super low balled, will never go back again. Edit: Owner responded to this review saying it was "fake". Their response has since then been deleted.

Stopped by today quite by accident (a friend was visiting the shoe store next door) so I wondered in and was pleasantly greeted by Connie and Andre (they were very personable)!! They showed me their jewelry inventory (my favorite area in any store) and I saw several pieces that were really beautiful!! They also shared they have other locations. I think I will be returning to purchase some jewelry and talk again with my new best friends. Thank You Connie and Andre for discussing World News, Family and plans for the Holiday. -This place is a joke. Offer me $175 to pawn a $2750 men's Rolex 2.5 carat diamond & good ring. -Owner telling a complete lie. I was never rude. She quoted a offer of $175. I sarcastically laughed. Picked up my ring. And left the store. Not once was i disrespectful to anyone in that store. And they know that. I took the same ring 3 miles down the road to A1 Pawnbrokers@3527 Fort Mead Rd, Laurel Md. They gave me a $500 loan for the ring, after asking did i needed more. I can send a photo of the pawn slip as proof. Which will show it as a mens Rolex ring w/7 diamond clusters at .25 carats each 14k gold. The ring retails anywhere from $2500-$3500. -Had you properly appraise the ring, instead of throwing it on the scale to weigh the gold value, you would have realized you had a piece of jewellery worth 3x the money loan i was asking for. Your loss.

I'm not big on reviews, but after my visit with Connie at best pawn in Laurel i had to, It was a great pleasure to visit the location, i had some items i wanted to sell and Connie explained everything to me on how they figure out what a item is worth, and what the difference was between selling and pawning. I have been dealing with Best Pawn for over 20 years. The Owner and /or his Managers ALWAYS go out of their way to make sure that you get the top dollar for your Pawn and if you are buying, the best price he can do. So many Pawn Shops think that they are retail outlets. They understand why people come to Pawn Shops and handles you appropriately. I came to get my DJ equipment off my hands since I don't have the time anymore. The staff attended to me immediately without being pushy (like some other establishments). I got top dollar again for my second time doing business with Best Pawn.

Went in looking for an car amplifier they didn't have one but left out with a good drill.

If you want top dollar for your possessions to sell and a welcoming, customer service base place of business STOP HERE! Look no further! I visit a "pawn shop" on average once a year. My experience with other shops over the years miles away or close to home always left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Sick to my stomach I felt as though I walked out those doors without getting my money's worth and taken advantage of after letting go of memorable keepsakes. Here? ... Praise the Lord!!!! I was having no luck in finding quality laptops for the family then BOOM💣💣Santa clause himself aka known as Andre one of the workers there hooked a brother up. Andre the giant gave amazing service and was extremely friendly. I will be purchasing more gifts at best pawn aslong as the grizzley himself aka Andre is working there still giving A1 service.
