I had the most pleasant experience at this location with everyone I came in contact with even the security officer who opened the door on my way in and out. Wendy greeted me in a kind manner when I entered, Alvaro the manager was extremely courteous and professional. Special mention of Demetria who assisted me with my application- she was knowledgeable, patient , easy to communicate with and just so very personable . I look forward to doing further business with this location. Please understand all businesses are in a crunch and wait times will be a bit longer which is no fault of the employees. Kudos to the staff here!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate the positive review about your experience.

Wow when it comes to this location I can say that I absolutely dislike towards hate this location. When I walk through the door it smelled like poop from the amount of people or someone who had just passed gas. Not that it's the business fault, but there are a lot of people standing in line at this particular location 10 or 15 to be more precise. There were only three tellers working during the time I was standing in line and Austin one of the tellers would leave her desk to go and do something leaving the other two tellers to work with the amount of people that were standing in line. This is one location I would not return to anytime soon. I believe I spent about 15 to 20 minutes in this location around 3:20 pm

The lines are consistently long yet very few tellers in spite of a welcoming agent. Time of visit: 12p Duration: 36min Typical Payday (Friday, 1st of month) No Pros: Security Guard outside with a pleasant yet alert demeanor, spacious and clean interior, friendly welcoming team who triage and help answer general questions that may save time, knowledgeable and professional staff Cons: too few tellers for consistently long lines, no sense of urgency by staff to tend to clients, abnormal wait times Though more pros than cons, having to wait an inordinate amount of time at a bank is unacceptable. This branch should seek ways to halve the typical customer's wait time - perhaps even have a dedicated bilingual teller to expedite communication.

I got helped and set up everything I need within 15 min. Even when it’s semi-busy. And the chase bank next door wouldn’t even let you get helped without an appointment even when there’s literally no customers in the store.

    Response from the owner

Hi, Thank you for the positive review about your recent experience with Bank of America. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. ^izzy

I'm surprised that I wasn't able to find an area to review the inside banking experience at this location. The ATMs are great but when you actually need to see a teller or a banker at this location it is a nightmare. I believe the issues start from top down management issues at this location compounded by the fact that they should always have twice the staff on hand that they currently seem to have. I've always been extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this location and rediculously long wait times.

    Response from the owner

Tellers don’t care about the people. Only one teller for more than 20 costumers on line.

I have had accounts with Bank of America for years and they keep getting better and better. Customer service is fantastic - someone is always at the door to greet you and ask what your needs are - that way you don't wait in a line only to find out that you are in the wrong line. Many times even the clerk at the door can take care of your issue. I feel secure and safe because they have a guard at the door during business hours. I pay no service fees because I can meet one of the ways in which they will waive the service fee, for instance, I have a monthly automatic transfer of $25.00 from my checking account to my savings account and this causes the service fee to be waived. BOA far exceeds any other bank in the technology arena such as online banking and mobile banking.

Always always always only two tellers working but have 9 stations including the merchant teller. The Asian lady is always rude saying people called out but is sitting in the front doing nothing on the computer til people come in. What do the cubicle people do again but walks around? How about hire new and more people. We shouldn’t have to be standing in line for over 40 minutes to make a transaction. TERRIBLE!!
