TD Bank Baltimore Ave, Laurel

I have banked at this particular branch for over 10 years and have had great customer service. I understand the drive thru can be congested sometimes but overall I am always greeted with a smile. Anytime there are delays, the teller has always explained and the end result is always my personal customer satisfaction.

This bank has to "verify" all money orders as if they were personal checks according to the teller who took my deposit. So TD gets to use my $900 interest free while the money order is being "verified". Cue up Springsteen playing "Held Up Without a Gun".

Really like Corey and one other guy over there but I’ve been there less than 2 weeks and I’m ready to close my accounts personal and business. Extremely long wait for checks that weren’t even 100 dollars. Gladly will let PNC hold my money

I used this bank in NJ. Great locations, rarely ever a wait. Transferred to MD. VERY FEW locations. Always huge long lines. Cutting all hours. Have a feeling this bank is not doing well. Really old fashioned. Take your business elsewhere.

Atm's never work. I've been banking with them since they opened many yrs ago. Atm's work 20% of the time. There is always an excuse. Now it seems you can't even get human help. I've been sitting in the drive thru for over 10mins waiting for help. I had to call the branch # and ask them to send someone out. They did 7 mins later. Trash.

Waited a little over 15 mins to open a new account here and not one person greeted me or acknowledged I was even waiting. I guess this is why I should read the reviews before I walked in. Well I guess they are busy from the picture I took

Came in to verify some information with regards to a new checking account. The supervisor, Marian, helped quickly verify the account, and even offered to print the cards, right there and then. Came in on a weekday so was in and out relatively quickly.

If I could give them no stars I would! Corporate needs to re-hire this entire staff. 4 tellers at the front and 3 other tellers at their desks. Worse location to go to! They seem to favor their own kind (if you've gone to this location you'll know what I'm talking about). Waited forever to get help. If you bank with TD and you're in this area go to the Beltsville location! You'll be happy you did.

This branch takes time with you to serve your specific needs. They are accommodating, clearly and patiently explains policies that inform your decision making. I’ve been very pleased with them over this past year since opening my account.

Terrible service. If you have a quest yet tank of gas in your car, drive to another location. Tellers and Managers alive, incompetent!!! They treated me like a criminal but they were the ones who made the mistake. As soon as my pending transactions clear I’m closing all of my TD accounts and moving on. I advise you to do the same!
