At first I used to be skeptical about pawning my tools there was like three times when I couldn't get my tools out but after that I was able to continue to pawn tools and get them out I love their customer service and overall there's not another pawn store that has helped me out the way Super Pawn has or my experience has been great I love them I will recommend them to anybody they always get me out of my jam when I'm really against the wall and it always helps

Bought a TI 84 Plus CE and small return warranty for $37 + $1.85. It worked great; I updated the OS and added some apps, Great Calculator. Great Stuff if you have a good eye for value.

I won’t name names but if you haven’t ever seen an Angel in real life, or if you think you know what beautiful is…. You have been blind your entire life. There is a woman here that not only is the true reason the sun rises every morning so the world can see her beauty, we all can hear just to hear her kind, gorgeous, flawless self. Out of my league and everyone else’s. No one will ever measure up to her, sorry not sorry.

Never again at this location, or any other Super Pawn if I'm treated the same way. I've taken a loan on my laptop five times at this location, and the last time was almost a mess. Rather than deal with the two ladies working (called me rude because I said I wasnt waiting an hour for them to check out my surface book) I'll take my business anywhere else but this location. On the plus side, walking out of that location without giving them anymore business made me feel a whole lot happier. Suck it, Super Pawn.

Horrible store it shows on the outside run down building they don't accept apple watches or speakers that are usa made sisint even bother looking sent us out right as we walked through the door

Last time I'm using these clowns they can't give you a correct date to come pick up your stuff gave me three different dates. Then when I called to get a price on what I was going to cost to pick it up they gave me three different prices! SMH Plus the manager loves take half days all the time so they are never there to dispute these issues horrible service!

Had a fantastic time there. I'm not sure why bad reviews here but my guess having done customer service before is that some customers are very entitled and they believe that customer are "always" right. Anyways nothing but love to those guys especially my boy Tonylicious!!

I don't know how Jamie and the other guy are assistant managers. Never in my life have I seen people treated so rudely. I can't believe I have to say this, but I get it, you're not paid to be nice nor friendly, but people are here because they're in a rough spot, so just by having even the slightest and most basic customer service ideals and treating your customers with respect can really make an impact on how your store does business. I'd advise management to secret shop their store so they can really see how their staff really operates. Anyone wanting to pawn their items, there are several other places nearby you can go to. I'd advise to stay away from this store, and go the other super pawn down the road because they obviously don't want you here.

Your Jewelry consultant needs to refresh her knowledge on couch bags. They stopped putting serial numbers on the leather tag inside over a year ago and the serial with style is now printed on a white tag inside the lining if the zippered pocket. When I tried explaining this she was rude and would not listen so I took it to Super Pawn on Southern and Country Club and they bought the $595, brand new, bag without any issues. Just because your "aged" it doesn't mean you know everything.
