Pawn Now N Alma School Rd, Chandler

Been here a couple times. Dude tells me they aren't selling any items I want. Looked at me like I'm stupid. Another time I brought in Silver, the guy didn't want to buy any precious metals (very odd) and continued to tell me "I'll insult you" with whatever low ball offer he was willing to pay... I have no idea how this place is in business. Save your time, go to Advantage Pawn Shop just down the street. They actually WANT to do business with you and make you feel welcomed into their shop.

Well I can read I did graduate high school I do notice it says Pawn now. I've never been into a pawn shop to where you couldn't buy items. Never again will I come to pawn now because he was an a******(excuse my text) and massively rude. He said Pawn means to sell and Loan, and pawn Shop means you can shop and his store just says Pawn now not Pawn Shop, so it's not a shop.

I didn't actually get to go in here and do any business . There was a nicely written and professional sign out on the entrance that says closed for the holiday or something of that nature, I couldn't really read it it was scribbles down with a ink pen that seem to have ran out of ink LOL

I came into this shop mainly because of the reviews and it was the closest one to me. I had a wedding set, my ring and my husbands. They were very nice rings. My ring is 1ct and my husbands is 1.35ct. I tell the guy how much I needed, I do know how pawn shops work, so I was not expecting the amount I needed with those 2 rings, but I did have other jewelry. The guy then asks if I had paperwork. I told him no, as I didn't think I needed paperwork. He didn't even take the time to look at my rings, he just slid them back and said he can't take them if they aren't certified. If he has taken a few seconds of his time, he would have noticed that the rings we inscribed and were GIA. He could have easily looked online at the report. But he did not give me the time of day. Then said it was because of the market. He said I would be lucky if I got 1k for both rings. I said "wow" and walked out. I shopped the rings around a few places.... most places just try to rip you off if you seem like you do not know anything. Finally, I went to Pawn 1st on Gilbert and Guadalupe.... not only were they able to verify my diamonds, they gave me a much better offer and with those rings and my other pieces of jewelry, they were even honest enough with me to tell me what they would sell it for. They also had a man there buying loose diamonds that offered a nice amount for my diamonds. But I did not want to sell my jewelry. I was able to get pretty close to the amount I needed. I am sure me not returning does not cause any harm, but I will not recommend this shop due to the lack of customer service.

My boyfriend and I USED to come here all the time until today. SERIOUSLY don’t waste your time or money, the older lady that works here has absolutely no customer service. People come into the pawn shop when it is their last resort. This lady belittled my boyfriend when he was at his lowest point in front of other customers. And she even had the audacity to continue to talk about him to other employees again while in front of customers. If you walk in and see the older woman run away.

Chris was very professional, provided quick service, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place if you need a quick loan. I'm editing this review to add another one. I stopped by again and again Chris was very awesome and helpful. Couldn't be happier with the help I have received at this location.

Angel and the rest of the staff are awesome!! Always friendly and helpful. It's the only pawn shop I go to. You can't go wrong with these guys

I had to get some cash on the spot, needed gas, oil & brake fluid and was a distance from home. I got there an hour before opening so i looked sad when they opened but the gentleman at the counter served me without any hesitation as to the way I looked or that I'd look like I just woke up. Gave me my asking price for the loan against my equipment. Which never seems to happen at any pawn store. Most pawn stores lowball you so they can get your equipment hoping you won't come back and get it and they got something for almost nothing. Not this store it treated me with respect and dignity and I would recommend them to everyone I come across. I pick my equipment up tomorrow and I just like to thank them ahead of time for the great customer service I received.

I highly recommend doing business here. Throughout the many years of doing business with pawn shops i came across this one more than a year ago. My first visit I was treated with respect and me and the employee went over what I was getting a loan on, and showed me online what they were going for and then we negotiated a price which was more than fair in my eyes. Since that first visit over a year ago I have not taken my business any where else. They go above and beyond for me I never feel like I'm taken advantage of I have never had a bad experience. I'm very pleased with this place of business, very knowledgeable and kind employees I highly recommend coming here. Thank you pawn now

Great service from the staff here. I stopped in while out visiting an old college friend. I found a wonderful selection of jewelry. I managed to find a beautiful vintage ring that made a perfect birthday gift for my godmother. The price was unbelievable affordable considering the quality of the ring. I will definitely stop here again when I am in the area. I would recommend that someone who is looking for good quality second hand items stop in and browse as well. You never know what kind of treasure you will stumble upon.

Dillon is polite, respectful, honest, genuine and helpful. He is simply the most professional person I've ever encountered in this business. If you want to be treated with respect and have a positive experience, stop in and see him first. Other staff at this shop are just as respectful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. These guys are simply the best.
