I am an employee of a major financial institute but I still love banking with Desert Financial because of their great quality of service during each interaction.

Terrible banking. Tellers have incorrectly deposited thousands of dollars into the wrong accounts. They are the worst at simple check deposits even when you give them perfect name and account information. Stay away if you care where your money goes.

Jesse has a heart of gold and his kindness is unmatched. My service experience was phenomenal and he is knowledgeable and helped me find a solution. This branch has made me feel like a family and everyone is amazing!

People in this branch tell stories to young adults about how to get credit. Made up stories. No one in the branch but a financial officer should give advice. As Matt ar the branch stated no one has that ability in his branch. I called to complain on behalf of my daughter. Matt made fun of the issue. Said what can he do. So people are allowed to lie at this branch. Desert financial cial is a joke. Care about no one. My daughter has had an account for over 2 years. Has a good job but can get a credit card or car loan. Oh wait she needs credit. What about the time at the bank in good standing? Nada. They told her they will need to send her somewhere else to establish credit. She loves her bank and wanted all of it with then. They just don't want her but her money is good. Your an asshope Matt and you kids probably know it as well.

Matt helped my friend and I set up new bank accounts today and he was awesome. We’re a handful and he was super patient and funny and gave us tons of free swag! Thanks Matt

Desert Financial Credit Union has always been my place of banking, cant stand the big commercial banks who treat you like garbage. At Desert Financial they are always fast, kind and courteous and I always feel great about my dealings with them. Only place I would bank for business or personnel.

Joe Greenberg Is a financial advisor here. He is very capable and honest. I am glad that I met him through DFCU at least 15 years ago. Was a positive move to use his investment knowledge for my retirement planning. If you are thinking about retirement planning and investment strategies these guys know their stuff, and have helped make it a great time of my life! I like retirement!!!!!

Desert Financial makes banking so easy. The deposit function wasn’t working on my local ATM so I needed to go into the bank. I was irritated and told the teller my issue. She was professional, courteous and truly apologetic. I left feeling much better. Desert Financial is powered by it’s people...and the people are fantastic!

Richelle is amazing! I called to inquire about refinancing an auto loan and she walked me through the process and was able to get me approved quickly cutting my monthly loan to half with lower interest rate! She was very patient and understanding as I was trying to locate all the information she needs. She explained the terms clearly and she adds a personal touch to the entire transaction. Overall excellent customer service. She is definitely an asset to the company.

I went in to make a name change on my daughter’s account and provided the necessary documents. Almost two months later I am getting mail with the old name. Very upsetting because it is Covid Times and I would rather NOT make 2 appointments for something that should be done in one visit. Employees are courteous but if they can’t deliver their courtesy is useless.
