Had some major banking issues going on and was helped the whole time by Robert. He was calm, patient, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for all your time and help!

I went to deposit some money into my account. Today was the first time i visited this branch. Right after i step into the branch there was some one sitting in his cabin greeted me. Then I straight went to a counter a teller was ready to serve. There were 4 tellers and one supervisor. Great service. It was the fastest visit to a bank.

Well Fargo was cheating on me. They said open a business account and get $500 dollars promotion. But they then would give the promotion because they said I didn’t have enough valid translation. I asked the banker and the manager if I have enough transaction , the banker said I have 9 . And the manager said that I am on track and maybe they will sent me in 45 days. If something wrong she should not let me wait longer. I am going to close the account and would never bank with well Fargo

ATMs slower than grandma, touch screens never work.

I need to express how completely frustrating it is, not to mention a GREAT INCONVENIENCE, to get to a bank to handle some business to find it CLOSED (@ 5 minutes to 12 (when all other branches are about closed on a Saturday), yet it clearly states online (GOOGLE), that your branch is open until 2pm at the drive up teller THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE!! THERE GO MY WEEKEND PLANS! RUINED!! NOT HAPPY!!

After arriving nervously at the window with my settlement check I was told that if I were to open an account I would have fast access to my funds. I was already uncomfortable because the teller kept pointing out to the supervisor the amount on the check as if it it weren’t correct or fraudulent. This was particularly important to me as I have insurance premiums coming due and medical expenses to pay for weekly. I had a dental appointment I had to go to that kept me from completing the process in that moment. After returning to this location the same day within two hours, a women whom I could barely understand not only told me that the prior information was wrong but he she addressed me as “the cashiers check” . The teller next to her tried explaining what the manager had said during my prior visit before she was hushed with “I talked to her.” I turned around and walked out angrily not being able to help feeling like I wasn’t going to be taken seriously because I was in casual clothing and tattoos. I left and went to another branch where they did in fact help me, and will retain my business considering they made the funds available to me incredibly fast because it was a Wells Fargo check from a Wells Fargo trust! This branch needs a serious customer service seminar!!

I called because I was having issues cashing a check and depositing it into my girlfriend's account. I called and the manager answered, she told me to go into their branch and she'd help me. I was able to get it taken care of without any issues! I watched her help others also, her customer services skills were impeccable!! Will visit this branch from now on. I really appreciated the help while in a bind.

Scott is an absolute asset to this company. He's the friendliest teller who knows banking very well as well as how to work with people. Scott is by far the greatest teller I've yet to encounter at ANY Wells Fargo bank. Always ready to help you with a smile. You can tell when a person genuinely cares. **2nd update** they realized the bill had an issue and that they gave it to him and are now giving my husband the $100 into his account. Good customer service. Not sure who called him to inform him. ---------------------------- Day before Thx giving - Gave my husband a fake $100 bill when he cashed his check. When he went back to tell them, suddenly they had no one who could help him until Monday. Watch them deny the whole thing when we go back in. He went immediately with the cash they gave him to the credit union to pay his car loan, which is how he knows it was this branch where he got the fake $. If they handle this well, I may revise my rating. Otherwise, the 1-star stands. First UPDATE: very nice young man in the bank called his manager, who told him because my husband left the bank with the fake $, no way for him to prove it was them, so therefore they will not reimburse. Really? Because everyone walks around with multiples of $100 bills just waiting to stick it to W-F for only one $100 bill, right? And everyone can tell when they have a fake bill, so they would never leave a bank knowing that this bank is either inept or scamming. They can't be bothered to get their cameras to zoom in to the Bill's serial # to confirm; that would put even more egg on this national bank's already 2 black-eyed' face. 1 star too many. The nice young man called the resolution center. However, still noted that they won't be giving him the $100 he is owed.

Up till last year I banked with this branch regularly, and I was always knocked out by how helpful and polite all the staff were. Easily five star service compared to elsewhere, and a shame banks are nowhere near as great back in the UK.
